Car Rental Baden-Baden

Cons: I arrived they were angry because I Booked online.. they had no idea about my reservation..I showed them the email and then they gave me the car unhappy.. they were shocked how did I get the car and the price because I asked them earlier and they told me no available cars but I found through kayak app ..then they let me pay insurance while I got it from Allianz but they told me you have no insurance and if any thing happen you will pay it cash.. although I show them all the emails .. I did a lot of complaints and then when I went to return the car they cancelled the insurance and give it time back on the credit I think because of the complaints And by the way they told me we didn't revive an email that you have are reservation wich is fault and impossible!!!!

Cons: At the time of booking, I was not informed of the extra charge for dropping the car off at a different city.
