Pick-up of the vehicle was very easy. Also, drop off on Sunday(closed) was also easy via the on-site drop box. The car was also clean.Cons:
Shortly after leaving this location(after location had closed) it became very apparent that one of the tires on the vehicle had a very slow leak which was a nagging issue throughout the entire trip. The tire pressure was lower than the rest upon pick-up but I did not expect that it was actually leaking, simply under filled.10.0 Wonderful

Tank was totally, completely empty when I received the car, seats were stained, and there was a dent in the side. When we returned the car, despite it being mid-day, there was no attendant in the garage, so we just had to go inside to drop the keys and go on faith that they'd remember all those problems and not charge us for them.5.2 Fair

Cons:
When I picked the car up I didn’t see that the maintenance required light was on. When I called to ask for help I was transferred to three different people. I was lastly transferred to road side assistance whom I didn’t ask for and was scolded by them for bothering them. I ultimately called my own mechanic at 9 o’clock at night who helped me with the light.4.0 Mediocre

Car they gave me smelled like pot. Also had a noise coming from the wheel which I though was just a bad bearing but I ended up getting a flat after about 100 miles of through way driving. Had to drive 150 miles on a doughnut to find a car to a change it with9.6 Wonderful
