If you rent a full size SUV you must have a credit card they will not accept debit cards which it did not say in the paperwork and I didn’t find out until I got there to rent , I had to change the rent to someone else because I don’t have a credit card 😭😭 also don’t Purchase the insurance because it doesn’t apply to full size SUV you must use your own insuranceBudget

The staff was horrible. Stood in line for 2+ hours. The guy behind the desk would process at best 1 rental an hour. Multiple customers walked away in front of me as well. Ended up not getting a rental. Family and i had to take a 3 hour uber ride instead. What a jokr.Cons:
Have an employee that actually cares. More than one person behind the desk renting. Actually have cars available for rent. Very pissed i had to put the family in an uber for 3 hours to get to our destination. I had to do a 1 way rental back. Very very pissed.Avis

Awful! 10/10 would not reserve/recommend this. We reserved a car to rent and showed up to the Avis office to find it closed. They had directions to go to the next closest Avis office which was also closed. I tried calling the company and was never able to speak to anyone. Use Uber or a taxi instead of Avis and their horrible customer service.4.0 Okay

Kayak reservation should have indicated pick-up location. There are two Avis rental offices in east end of Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas. We went to wrong one first. Also, AVIS staff at both pick -up counters were not overly helpful. They each did the minimum; definitely did not make us feel welcome to AVIS.10.0 Excellent

I was upgraded to a convertible free of charge! It made my long drive home the best drive ever!!Cons:

Pros:
The Dollar location is closed. You have to go to the Budget location, but there are no signs or emails directing you to the locations. The location is only open till 1pm. We reserved a medium SUV and we’re given a small one. We had to go to the airport to exchange. And the car smelled of pot so badly we had to leave the windows open to air it out some.Cons:

I confirmed that I had a car rented and when I got there I was told there were not any cars available. I’d have to wait a few hours to see if one was returned. Defeats the whole purpose of renting. Magically she had a mustang for 3 times the cost. And after going through whole process,she said someone else had reserved it. Then she came across keys for a pick up truck. Quite a game. Check in process, they rented out the last car in my rental level before my reservation cut off. When I got there they made me pay for an upgraded car. First luxury car I was forced to pay for was dirty inside and. Had liquid all over the front passenger’s seat. Had to go back in and exchange vehicles.6.0 Good

Would have liked to know that if I was late on the pick up that my car would be given away within the hour. It was not stated when I booked and only found out when I called. I understand having to release the car if someone doesn’t come after a certain amount of time, but would have liked to know the change in policy more directly.Loop Van
