Cons:
The drop-off was a nightmare. The drop-off location was extremely difficult to find, no signage telling us where to park, where to drop the keys, etc. We had to do a lot of guessing and walking around asking and looking for help. In the end, we weren't sure we had done the right thing or that we had left the car or the keys in the right spot. The support phone number had no answer.10.0 Wonderful

The staff was friendly and helpful. Not pushy about add-ons. They let us store bags for a bit until we had to leave for our flight.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
Dollar Car rentals is just a non existing company in Oslo central station, nobody knows about it (station information, even Hertz employees from which I was supposed to get the car, the reservation was not in their system). So I lost one day and never get the car, then had to go to the airport to get a car from another company. I don't know if it's a scam or just a bad synchronization between dollar and kayak systems, but NEVER RENT FROM DOLLAR IN OSLO.2.0 Poor
