Pros (+) The staff was excellent. They were helpful and very friendly. The restaurant was great. It is close to the airport. I have recommended the hotel to friends that are planning trips to Santiago.
Cons (-) My trip was over to quickly. I look forward to my return. I did inquire about a hotel reward program. The staff said there wasn't one. He may have been unaware of the program.
