Pros:

The drop off was not easy at all. Was able to pick a time slot to drop off the car at 6pm not knowing the location actually closed at 4pm. Staff did not tell us the procedures for the after hours drop off. My husband went all the way there, then had to come back and we had to call the Enterprise help line to have them tell us how to drop off the car after hours.

Cons:

Communication with staff about drop off procedures especially after hours.

Pros:

Staff was friendly and despite my booking the wrong day, let me rent the same truck for the same price.

Cons:

This is just all Enterprise Car Rental's in general, but they don't require the person returning the car to fill the gas tank to the top and just bring it back the way it was. I always find that harder to do.

I really appreciate the manager at the desk ( I mean the black skin manager) he was really nice and professional. I’d recommend Budget to my friends/ family. However, It would be super helpful if you add additional sign arrow panels by the hotel or at the intersection.

Pros:

The staff was nice enough.

Cons:

literally everything could have been better. The car we reserved wasn't there, so they told us they had to put us in a compact. We had a seven hour drive. At first, we got in the car since that was all they said they had. It was gross. The interior was grungy and the car had clearly been smoked in. Additionally, there were six or seven other vehicles sitting there that we could have chosen. We went back inside and asked why they weren't offered, and all they said was they'd give us six dollars off the rental. I told them to refund the trip and that we would go somewhere else. We ended up going to Avis a couple blocks away. Yes, it was more expensive, but I would rather pay more for what I want than less for the polar opposite of what I want or need.
