Never even received a vehicle. Got two confirmation emails that my reservations were confirmed and available. Arrived to location and were told they could not contact us and that they had no vehicles.

Cons:

Kayak interface should reflect what vehicles are actually available. If i hadn't called, I would have shown up and found zero vehicle availability.

Pros:

Staff was super rude and unhelpful. Gave me a car that smelled of smoke which could not be smelled because they used the odor extractor but after an hour the stink was noticeable. I requested another car they did not hve any cars in my size so instead of giving me another car they wanted to charge me more for an SUV. Did not have the decency to apologize for the inconvenience. It has been a amonth since this happened and they still ahve not refunded me so I had to go through my credit card to dispute the charge.

Cons:

Need completely new staff. Disrespectful, Unwilling to help, and the manager is rude. They will nickel and dime you for everything. Did not even refund me for a car returned within an hour of pickup because it had a cigarette smell
