Cons: It was a little more expensive than I'd hoped, but other than that everything a great.

Cons: The only negative about the experience was that I dropped the car off at a satellite location and by the time I got back the representative was already gone. I simply dropped off the keys and went home. This wasn't necessarily a bad experience, it was just weird that I didn't have to talk to anybody when I dropped the car off.

Cons: The Hundai Accent was not powerful enough to drive cross country and up and down big hills. The accelleration was often stuttering and I was afraid it wouldn't make the return trip.

Cons: You request credit card from your clients, but some of them (especially the younth) don't have it( It would be better if you will receive debit cards too.

Cons: Even though check in was quick, it didn't feel very thorough. The worker didn't do a wall around of the vehicle to inspect it before we left the lot. We were a little concerned about it because there were a couple small mark on the car. Not a bug deal to us, but we didn't want to be charged for it later. When we got in the car we could tell it hadn't been cleaned. There was bits of sand on the backseat, a bag of dog treats in the compartment, and some kind of white substance caked on the driver's floorboard. The car also had a slight sour smell to it.

Cons: since the place was closed during business hours, we had to call to have someone come back to open the place up so we could get our car

Cons: Nobody was at store when I dropped it off
