The vehicle was excellent and clean.Thia email did not come thru by the time I picked vehicle, and nothing showed on their end. So I assumed it did not go through. They did not recommend using places like kayak. I still rented same vehicle but at a higher price. NEXT TIME I WILL PLAN BETTER.

everything maybe not rip people off. ridiculous extra charges for cleaning fee, gas, hidden fees. they charge you for a the whole detailing of the car for a water leak in a tiny spot.
