Pros: Great service, competitively priced. Easy pick up and drop off for someone's who is always on the go.

Pros: Customer service was excellent. Representative tried hard to solve a problem and made me feel very satisfied once all was said and done. He told me to contact Kayak to get a refund for the xtra charges.
Cons: When making reservation, there was nothing saying there would be an extra charge of $15.00 a day for an additional driver. The rep said there was nothing he could do to waive the fee and since I reserved through Kayak, they would have to be responsible for refunding the fee. Haven't contacted Kayak yet due to preparing for Hurricane Irma which will soon be upon us.

Pros: Kevin was very accommodating and pleasant. He gave me the upgrade even though I had mistakenly left the BJ's coupon at home. He even came out to the car and went over the general basic operation of the vehicle. The service was very personal and attentive. The car was new and very clean and in excellent condition. I have never had an agent do anything like that before. He made up for the horrible experience I had at DAB two days before, when I had to wait for over an hour to get a smaller car in poor condition.
Cons: All was perfect.

Car was sub-standard
Pros: The gas mileage on the vehicle was great. Simple and fast rental process
Cons: The car was filthy. The inside windows were dirty and had fingerprints and film. Seats were stained. The windshield wipers were horrible and should have been changed long ago
Pros: The Ford Focus I rented at Hertz through Kayak was acceptable in every way, especially the price! The car was clean and ran well. Big deal. Most rental cars are clean and run well. What made this experience exceptional was the price. I saved over $50.00 off the Hertz rental price by using Kayak.
Cons: The car had features I was unfamiliar with and they were not explained at the time of rental. Luckily, the car's manual was with it.

Cons: When we got to the Hertz rental office you sent us to, they told us they had no cars available to rent!!!

Pros: The people at the Hertz rental were very friendly and pleasant. I had a nice experience with them.
Cons: I did not like the fact that I prepaid with a debit card and thank goodness I called to confirm my reservation because I would not have had a vehicle for that day. You can't prepay with a debit card. You had to use a credit card and pay when picking up the car. I had to get on the phone 3 or 4 times to get everything squared away. This was a few days before I was leaving to go on vacation. That is what needs to be changed.

Hertz Car Rental - 17 days, thumbs up
Pros: The car was clean and it did not take long to fill out the paper work. All in all a very pleasant experience. The car was a new 2017 which was nice as most new cars drive very nice.
I give the experience two thumbs up !!!
Cons: There was nothing that I did not like.

Worst customer service Ever.
Cons: I went to pick up my rental and no one was there. I called customer service and was told that the location did not open that day. No one called me ahead of time. I even had called earlier to confirm and they said it was ready to go. They would not help get one from another location brought to me. 7 days later and no refund?
