The ford fiesta was poorly maintained..there were not antifreeze water and despite it was the coldest time of winter heat went up in the middle of the traffic jam pushing me into a very hard situation! I've added antifreeze myself and continued on my way..Hertz

The agent Sergeii was super friendly and helpful. I pick up a car that was dirty because of the previews user. He offers himself to cleane it and deliver it to me but I was running out of time and took it as it is. I hope not to charge me for valeting after the deliveryCons:
Nothing wrong with the delivery process. The car I took had 25000 km on the clock and I face some problems with the steering wheel. Something wasn't ok with the front end and it was 2 times that I nearly lost the car . Fortunately not an accident but I have to report this to budget. I'm very familiar with car driving (I'm a race driver too) and definitely this car was need a fully front suspension revision and repair. Someone else can be died if goes to the highway.2.0 Poor

Although they had my email Address, telephone number and text address, they never bothered to contact me at all to let me know that there was no car available for me and made me wait 1 1/2 hours at their location while they dicked around and never produced the vehicle.Cons:

1. Onthefirst daythey let me waitefor longtime . There was not even a man in the office,it was cloosed 2. They didn't answer the phone.i was called him all the time no answer , on the last that i had to return the car there no respons,i was worried , i had to stop a traffic police,i explained to the policeman that i was calling the number they gave me and didn't answer.then the policeman calked the numberfrom his mobile phone what i was trying to call non-stop they answer immidiately, after that the policenan let me talk to him from his cell phone. His answer was that he is in vacationso he didn't answer thephon !!! . After that he promise that he is sending me a message for another personn's mobike number. 3.
