Price was good (booked through a 3rd party, not directly) and ended up with a free upgrade. Downside was I was double billed for the rental portion. Waited a week to see if they would realize I paid the rental portion through the 3rd party, but didn’t. I was able to get the amount refunded, but obviously there is a disconnect between the 3rd party agent and the rental company. The past few years with the spiraling cost of living, I have become quite negative and assume this was another situation where one of them was hoping I don’t look at my credit card statement and they come out with a win. But that’s where I am now and you can’t tell me they weren’t able to match up my payment to third party with the reservation that was booked. They had everything correct on the reservation but the prepayment. Uh, that’s odd…

The original car booked looked like was barely holding on, hub cap was missing and rim was bent, did not looked road ready, by far the worse vehicle I ever been forced to take. I paid extra each per day just so I can get a different car. I rent 2-4 a times a month, I never get asked where do you work , and do you have full coverage? Felt unnecessary because it’s a job you may not heard of? I have a couple multi million dollar companies and just felt overall, being racially profiled, and definitely would never rent from enterprise again.

The vehicle was great...when I got there no vehicle was ready and had to go to a different location to pick up than what was scheduled and vehicle still wasn't ready received vehicle late didn't have time to go over everything on vehicle it was covered in dog hair had popcorn and drink lid on floorboard and one broken handle
