They offer only old cars with tires about to explode and they charge as if it was a luxury car, I am pretty sure the cars they are offering are the cars from the same staff working there….I wouldn’t recommend anyone to rent here….its ridiculous!

I rented four cars on separate bookings. When our group arrived at the airport the check-in staff smiled when we said we were there to pickup out cars. They don't have any cars. He then said we should hire from the competition next to his kiosk at exorbitant rates. We needed to take an Uber to get back home. On the way the Uber driver said that this was a common setup at the Durango airport,

I think it was a scam. I booked the car at a very reasonable rate that I could afford. I got there and they said yes they had my booking but no they did not have a car and so would I please book with the company next to them. That company was beyond what I could afford and I left without a car. Very bad experience.
