Cons: when we tried to renew it before expiry, the service was kcked back from country head quarter to local office (can't they process it from head quarter?), and the local office simply did not answer the phone.

Pros: Reservation took a while to show up at computer at station. i waited 45 minutes for reservation.

Pros: I requested a Ford Mondeo and ended up with a Mercedes for 16 days. Not a great deal for me, actually, because it was a bit small for our family and all of our luggage. But most people would probably see it as a plus.
Cons: Check-in was incredibly slow and cumbersome, since I'd already made the reservation online. It was taking the 2-3 agents working the counter about 10 minutes per customer, so the short line moved very slowly. Probably a 45-minute process or more. The car was very dirty on the outside when we got it. Interior was ok, but not super clean. And the headlights did not work correctly - the low beams were badly out of alignment. Overall, a very mediocre experience.

Great car. Friendly service.
Pros: Had a lot of bags. They drove the car to the airport departure to drop off the bags. Couldn't have made the flight without their help.
Cons: Few minor scratches on the car which were noted at checkout.
