Cons: The 30 minute wait (really 30 minutes) to get my rental, while the salesperson tried to upsell the only other person in the rental trailer. It is quite a drive to the off site rental trailer. The wear on the outside of the car was very noticeable. Lots of nicks, and chrome pealing.

The car I paid for wasn't even available
Pros: If I could give zero stars here, I would.
Cons: Twenty minutes before pick up time, rental place calls me and says "we don't have any vans...sorry they let you book it"
So, trip ruined, 7 people didn't get to go as planned, etc. bad birthday for my daughter.
Furthermore, Kayak accepted no responsibility and passed the buck to Payless...
Just a sad situation. I also was charged for insurance on the vehicle that I never even picked up...since there was NOTHING available.

Pros: Price was good
Cons: Didn't have car I ordered. Sent me all over town just have to come back to same location. CAR BROKE DOWN. Sent to airport to be sent back to broken down location 3 hours later. They had no idea what they were doing. Agent in Charolette (Sheridan location) was rude.
Bad customer experience. But it's worth the price.
Pros: 25 dollars one way from Bloomington to Indy.
Cons: The car is dirty. No fuel. Had to swing by the gas station out of gate. Dropped off with a wrong number charged. Had to change it again at the booth waiting for like 20 mins.

Extremely difficult drop off.
Pros: Inexpensive one way rental.
Cons: There are no directions on how and where to drop off at Union Station. The return address on the rental agreement isn't the actual drop off point. The parking garage hardly has any directions as to where the Budget lot is.
The car insurance remains very expensive.

Cons: At check out, I realized my bill was more than twice the reservation quote. I was asked afterwards if I filled the gas tank. I said yes and $14 was deducted, which still left it twice the original quote. (Still don’t understand the random number of $14.) Then had to find the original reservation, and once I did, had to get back in line...and there is only one person working here too. Reservation was pulled up, original quote was found, and finally amount was adjusted. Looking back, I should have paid more attention at check in...noted. But it was at midnight, I was in a hurry, and a line was forming behind me. Makes me wonder...how close others look at their receipts!
