We rented an SUV and when we got there to pick it up all they had was a tiny car left so we traveled from Michigan all the way to key west with 2 adults a teen and a 5yr old in an itty bitty car but it was Saturday and nothing else was open to rent something different and I had already paid for our hotels so I couldn't change the dates either10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
Very friendly service. We had rented an Economy and got a free upgrade. Our service person was extremely helpful. When returning the car, we were at the Secretary of State's office and running a little behind our drop off time. We called and talk to them and they were very understanding. He told us to bring it in when we were done as long as it wasn't past a certain time.Easirent

They were completely out of stock on cars that day and the next. Had to keep driving to find an Avis to rent from. I had a reservation for a car that didn’t exist.4.0 Mediocre

Arrived at the airport on time. No one at the desk for at least 20 min. 9:30pm so was in the process of canceling and switching to Avis when he finally showed up. He left the airport to get something to eat......when he knew the flight was arriving. Not a smart move.9.2 Wonderful
