The staff is friendly and a manager gave me his card to use it nxt time i visit lebnon for a car upgradeCons:
The car was so slow, so weak, and consumes alot of gas. I ended up payin akot of money.4.0 Okay

We rented a bigger car (accenture or similar) to fit our bags and ourselves, when the booking went through and saw kia picanto, we thought it had to be a mistake, at the counter we were told it was in fact a kia picanto since they dont have the other one. Told us to pay more for a bigger car.10.0 Excellent

- The employee of Budget car rental was sleeping and I had to wait at least 20 minutes till he woke up. - After he woke up, he refused to hand me the car for no clear reasons. - The employee of a car rental company suggested for me to use a taxi (Airport taxi).2.0 Mediocre

The price was ok.Cons:
The brakes weren't working properly. The tires were not safe to drive, and should be replaced. The steering wheel vibrates on high speeds. The car's power outlet didn't work, so i couldn't charge my phone while driving.8.0 Excellent
