Horrible! I got a call from the Troy location saying they didn’t have any 15 passenger vehicles so I called a different location and asked them to confirm they had one. She said they did and switched my reservation. The next day I got a call from the new location saying they didn’t have any 15 passenger vehicles and the girl who said they did was just a reservation person and couldn’t see their inventory so I never got a rental at all!!!!
