Pros: Super easy pickup and drop off. The car was clean and as advertised. Was able to directly connect my phone to the audio system via USB, which was a major plus.

Great deal, great car, great!
Pros: The experience of conveniently renting a car
Cons: The pickup/dropoff site did not have a sign, so our agenda was delayed considerably as we drove aimlessly around the general vacinity. Finally, by some margin of chance, we decided to pull into an auto body repair shop, and surprise! There was a Hertz rental office in the very back hallway.
It was nothing short of confusing.

I left in an uber because they didn't have any car
Cons: They didn't have a car even though I had a reservation so I couldn't go home home to my family for thanksgiving. I sat home alone,

Cancelled reservation when we landed!
Pros: Nothing, no rental.
Cons: I confirmed before we departed and upon landing received a call that our reservation had been cancelled because they rented out all their cars, although less than 3 hours before they confirmed our reservation.

Pros: First car given to me had a brake light out. Was not accounted for in report. Staff was not unfriendly, but clearly would rather be doing something else. Second car was fine, smelled like smoke, but otherwise clean and in working order.

Kayak Car Rental Horrible Experience
Cons: Got to the airport only to find out that Kayak had called the booking at airport then booked with a company 10 min away from the airport and the location was closed when I landed!!!

Cons: No one from hertz was at the counter when I went to check in. I left something in the car and had to have a friend in the Nashville drive to Brentwood because the man didn't "have time" to go check the car to see if it was in there. The car was parked right outside his office. Terrible customer service.

Got what I needed.
Pros: I got an economy car on short notice for a short overnight trip.
Cons: For some reason, car places still can't seem to staff well enough. There was a guy on hold on the phone for the 15 minutes it took to get my car and why does it take 15 minutes? It seems that with today's technology I could at least start entering my info into a Kiosk when I arrive to shorten the amount of time it takes to get my car.

Staff was barely even present
Pros: Absolutely nothing. The entire experience was unpleasant!
Cons: The lackluster gentlemen working the desk said "well this car hasn't been cleaned but you can have that" followed by "it's the only car we've got right now but there's a $20 a day upcharge from what you ordered and you'll have to pay that" Avoid these people at all costs
Pros: This center is now inside Embassy Suites. From the front entrance, go left through the lobby and take a left at the first hallway and it's there on the left.
I was helped immediately and the employee was kind and quick. He gave me two options based on my reservation and let me choose what I wanted.
The car was clean, full tank of gas, and drove well.
Return was smooth and simple. I added an extra day and it was no problem at all.
Definitely will rent from here again.
Cons: My reservation, and the confirmation, stated that my car would be available "on airport." When I arrived at the desk, I was advised that the car was located 20 miles away from the airport, and in the opposite direction from where I was going. I was told that this "happens all the time" and that I "would have to "Uber" over to the offsite location to pick it the car. That was, obviously, ridiculous, particularly since I don't use Uber and a cab would have cost $50-100 in the opposite direction. I was required to rent another car, at a much higher charge, from Budget. I can provide a screen shot of my confirmation that states that the car was "on airport." My recent experiences with Enterprise, this one and a recent smoke-stained car- have been very unpleasant.
