Cons:
We specifically asked for cars near the airport, but we were directed to the company located in downtown. Had to cancel last minute and get the only available car at the lax location with double the price10.0 Wonderful

All the staff at the Beverly Blvd location were helpful especially Brenda from the other Enterprise location down the street when my flat tire Ford Fusion was towed to the wrong location by the AAA towing company she drove me right over to the correct location and helped me out4.8 Mediocre

Pros:
Nothing they did not honor the price, they lied and said California law reqiured I accept the daily liability insurance. The shuttle driver taking us back to the airport missed our terminal and made us walk accross the parking lot back tho te other terminal. Will never use Kayak or LAX Enterprise.Cons:

The manager Sam was very nice and the car itself was niceCons:
The two original customer service counter ppl that I encountered. The gentleman was rude and charged my card a number of times for twice the rental fee and instead of listens to me to correct his mistakes got rude and offensive and lied to his manger. The second customer service counter help female told me she did me a favor by voiding the transaction that had already been charged to my card for three times the rental confirmation amount and I had never even received a rental or keys. The service at this place was beyond horrible. Thankfully Sam was there to intervene. It amazes me this man keeps his sanity with this in-adequate staff. He deserves better than the colleagues he has to manage.9.2 Wonderful

I booked a car for LAX. This is an offsite location. At teh LAX counter, the clerk was rude. They inissted they cannot rent a car without insurance. A total ripoff.2.0 Poor

Pros:
The gentleman at the Budget office in LA was very helpful however, initially couldn't help us so referred us to the Customer service line (which is what i didn't like). Later, after Customer services was horrible, he tried his best to find something else for us. He made numerous sincere apologies and did find something else that was similar, but still didn't work well, so we went with a different company. We appreciated his assistance very much.Cons:
Not having a car, starting vacation with 2 hours trying to find a car, throwing off our schedule. The customer service hotline was poor, definitely did not give customer service, couldn't find an appropriate alternative, would not honor price I had already agreed to pay, basically denying any responsibility, casual "Sorry, not my fault" kind of responses.Sixt
