Overall, checking into the hotel and getting to your room was easy. You also use a PIN code they send you to check in. It worked flawlessly every time. The room was clean and you get everything what you generell my need. The hotel is located centrally and surrounded with many shops, restaurants, and bars
The sound insulation in the rooms is inadequate. I heard all the comings and goings and conversations through the room door all night, which was quite disturbing
The location is centrally, absolutely amazing and Carla, the lady from the location who took care of our arrival, was very kind and supportive. The room is very big, as well as the bathroom. For sure, when we will come again, we will choose the same accommodation.

The location is excellent, very central and perfect for exploring Cagliari on foot. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. I loved how friendly the staff was and how well-located the accommodation is. Plus, the room was quiet and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

Very good location, in the city center. The best think, that you could leave you're languages. Easy chekin.

The air-conditioning doesn't work properly
The hotel is located in the Old Town, very close to the railway station that takes you directly to the airport. We couldn't have asked for a better location- right in the heart of the city near the harbour, as well as near delicious cafes and pizzerias.
Central location, easy to reach and the digital concierge is amazing :)
There was no such thing
The whole building serves for the accomodation, including a fancy common space. Around the corner there are good shops and local restaurants.
