Pros (+) We had a lovely view of Reykjavik. Our flat was on the 5th floor. It was clean. The bed was comfortable and we had a lot of storage for our stuffs. We required fresh towels and they provided them. The self check-in is easy. It is good as well to leave our luggages after the check-out in the luggage storage. Pros (+) There have been numerous complaints on this property about noise. I can only review our location. Our apartment was on the fifth floor with a full outdoor balcony access. There was a band downstairs that played nightly, but we cannot hear them from our room. We saw the northern lights from our balcony on two separate nights.

Cons (-) That states there a month and right in the 31st when i need it the balcony, they decided to rent it out last minute, when the purpose of the month stay was the balcony , so right on the 31st new years i had to look for another place and it wasnt easy. Other than thar it was alright. I didn’t like not being appreciated.
