Room was clean and comfortable.
Terrible First Impression – Rude Staff and Dirty Pool We walked to the hotel and things went downhill from the moment we arrived. The man at the front desk asked for three passports, including the kids’, which felt unnecessary. I told him I needed to get the luggage first, and right after that, he started confusing our two rooms (I was traveling with my sister). It was a mess—he kept mixing up who was supposed to stay in which room. When he asked me if I was tired and I said no, he suddenly became very rude and aggressive, saying, “For fuck’s sake, I’m working here,” and then continued to talk over me. He wouldn’t even let me explain anything. He never apologized and made us feel completely unwelcome. His behavior was disgusting—unprofessional, disrespectful, and honestly ruined the check-in experience. Someone like this should not be working in hospitality. On top of that, the pool was cloudy and dirty. I wouldn’t even put my foot in it—it looked unhygienic and unmaintained. That said, the room itself was fairly clean, and I really appreciated the hard work of the cleaning staff. Also, the lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful, a complete contrast to the rude man. Unfortunately, because of how poorly we were treated by that one staff member, I would not return or recommend this hotel. Management needs to take action and seriously reconsider who they put at the front desk.
