The riad itself was pleasant, and the location was convenient as it was within walking distance from everything, the rooms were nice and beds were comfy
The female staff member seemed annoyed everytime i knocked on the door to be let into the riad. There was also some black mould in the bathroom, and they told me it was nothing. The breakfast was extremely simple, it was just bread and coffee, but I guess it is expected for the price
The nice, polite and relaxed attitude.
Just imagine if there had been a bath tube or something alike?
The relaxed, normal situation on a travelłlng experience. No fuzz. Just relaxed.
You have to adapt to the situation you are in. No complaints. Just st talk to people and it will resolve. Confidence!
The location was excellent. The bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and fresh. On our last day, we had a very early check-out, and they kindly prepared breakfast for us in advance. We really appreciated that.
The address listed on Booking.com does not match the real address. Always search for the hotel name (not the address) on Google Maps. The shower drain was clogged and dirty. The air conditioning worked fine at times. Sometimes, it would turn off by itself and we had to turn it back on. But other times, it would shut down and get stuck, beeping nonstop, and the only way to stop it was to cut off th...Read more
Location is quite nice (15 min walk from main square). Bed is comfortable and shower is modern. Reception is able to schedule an airport transport if necessary.
The arrival itself was messy, no sign on the door, no ring (you must knock and wait for someone to open, which in our case the first time took a few minutes). The room smelled terribly humid and we later saw this was due to mold in the bathroom (there is no ventilation system). The smell was hard to ignore, and the room would become stuffy.
Perfect location - Souks 1st time there. Loved it a lot. Very friendly For 1.st time arrival: Recomment to check via google maps the location in advance - special when you arrive late.
Very authentic accomodation in the middle of old town. Friendly hosts, good wifi. In general good value for money, if you want authentic experience.
Be prepared that it is cold in rooms in winter, another side of living in the historical building :). Breakfast could be more varied, not just bread and buns.
It’s a very pretty and quiet Riad with a nice terrace and very kind staff.
The breakfast varies a bit from day to day and I found it a bit too simple (olives, cheese, eggs missing). But everything else was great :)
The staff is exceptional, always attentive to every need, and made the check-in process a breeze. While the rooms lack windows, which can make them feel a bit claustrophobic, the terrace provides a great escape. We spent a lot of time there, enjoying a peaceful retreat without having to venture into the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. However, it’s not quite as relaxing when you're looking for som...
What we didn’t enjoy was the lack of windows, making the rooms feel dark, and the absence of a TV. Without an iPad or something to occupy your time, it can feel a bit isolating. Additionally, the narrow streets make it challenging to get a taxi, so be sure to plan ahead when heading to the airport.Read more
