I liked that you can stay on the top floor and it’s quieter. I like that the floor floors and some of the rooms are not vinyl plank. Precious was very helpful.
Smells horrible. Black mold under the sink, black mold in the washing machine. The HVAC system has issues and just pumped out dust the whole time I’ve stayed here and my eyes are glued shut and I can’t breathe. The hallway smell disgusting. The AC in my room didn’t work for the first three days during a heat wave.

Do not stay if you use a wheelchair they will not allow you to park with clearance in the disability spot. They only park luxury vehicles there. The rooms are really disgusting caked in dirt and they do not clean their HVAC system. The rooms do not have toilet brush, cleaners or basic cleaning supplies needed. Great location, beds comfortable and clean, bathroom as well. provided sheets and towels comfortable and really clean. Pool well tempered, Sauna and steam bath looked clean too employees always ready to help out
Sadly floor was quiet dirty, kitchen appliances had a sticky surface

The suites are wonderful with nice views. I stayed in a two bedroom and it was comfortable.
When I got there there was lintel tape with hair on the kitchen counter. There was no coffee machine, knives and very few cutlery. The garbage disposal had to be repaired as well as the dishwasher. Also I had half of a shower curtain in one bathroom and no handsoap. Also, there were no brooms or mops to for the upkeep. I stayed 9 days. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We stayed in a suite, so we prepared our own breakfast. The beds were good, and the apartment had everything we needed. There is a movie theater on the lower level that you can enjoy in the evenings. The common area is also very nice and well-equipped, featuring a BBQ area, a basketball court, a large pool, and even a sauna. We enjoyed it all.

The Wifi did not work well. We were not able to stream certain channels.
The room was big and everyone was comfortable. Loved having a washer and a dryer! The pool area was amazing and the fitness room was very well equipped.
Some things need to be updated or fixed. The washer needs to be properly cleaned. As a family of five one had to sleep in the living room, we recommend some blackout blinds as it got very bright in the morning. We also had to call reception twice on our first night to have extra bedding and towels sent up.
