They almost killed ChristmasPros:At least three guy who called me seemed genuinely remorseful even if he couldn't do anything for me.Cons:They called me 2 hours before I was supposed to get my car and informed me that they wouldn't have one for me. And then they just suggested I try one of their competitors and literally hoped that this hadn't ruined things for me. Fortunately, it didn't, but it was definitely a memorable Christians Eve failure on the part of Enterprise. I loathe them.Reviewed 2 Jan 2017
