Showed up at 10:00 to pick up my car (to head to VT for the funeral of my best friend)...and was told 'they are closed' by person in adjoining business. Ended up not being able to locate a car nearby and had to use my own car (which is not in the best shape) for a 4 hour drive there and back. Do not understand why the owner could not have called me since, in order to get there (& back), I needed a Lyft. Appreciated that the 'flaws' on the car were identified on paperwork when car was picked up. Transaction was handled quickly and we were on our way in no time!! Car was in great shape; very clean and good mileage (Nissan Versa). No hassle using a debit card!!Cons:
