I have stayed at this location a few times and i like it mainly for the area and proximity of activities for my child when i come to visit the Dallas area. This time however the room I had booked on the Marriott Bonvoy app was not only not ready, it was not even available. According to the staff this was due to the app overbooking certain rooms. Pros (+) Marco at the front desk was phenomenal. Give that man a raise!
Cons (-) Security needs to be heightened. There was a creep and menacing homeless guy riding a bicycle around early in the morning. He was looking at all the cars in the parking lot and wouldn’t stop following me. I was very uncomfortable.

Cons (-) The walls aren't really walls they are partitions and so we heard both of our neighbors having sex.

Pros (+) Liked the new nice beds. The pillows were a little soft but everyone is picky about pillows. Clean. Friendly staff. Quick service.
Cons (-) The lobby was way loud. They were hosting a party at the bar/lobby/party room. Couldn't hear during checkin. We could also here some music and we were on the 3rd floor.
