Bait and switchCons:The morning of rental, I was informed that they did not have a "payles vehicle". I was offered a Avis or Budget vehicle for about 5times the Payles rate. In addition, I was informed that the Payles vehicles could not be driven out of the state during the rental period. I decided not to rent any car from this company.Reviewed 19 Apr 2017

Their reservation is not an actual reservation!Cons:They had five reservations for 1 car. They called a few hours before the reservation to "check" if I would be there for the reservation, and to say the car may not be there. Went with another option entirely. Paid more than initially quotedPros:Staff worked with my wife and I and communicated clearly got us on the road in a timely manner.Cons:I had signed up online for a decent price. The car was advertised as unlimited miles. However, my wife and I were planning to drive outside the zone permitted by the renter, so we ended up paying $20 more than was quoted online. We still got a good deal, however the driving zone NEEDS to be communicated and made clear on the website when reserving a car online.Reviewed 23 Jan 2017
