Pros:The staff at the longview location was great. Very nice.Cons:The longview location is dirty and off putting. Will never rent from there again. The car itself was just ok. We used it for a cross country road trip and it was pretty uncomfortable. We found a precious passengers lease agreement in the glove box, so not a very thorough clean. The fees that Hertz charges is absurd. I typically use Enterprise but Hertz was cheaper for this specific trip. Won’t make that mistake again. Too many hidden fees. $6.95 per toll fee on top of the toll itself....Enterprise charges no extra fee. $9.99 per gallon for gas is absurd. Enterprise something like $3 per gallon. Friendly staff, quick in and out, car was filthy dPros:Price, ease of pickup and drop off.Cons:Car was dirty inside and out. Some weird sticker residue on all the doors.
