They had a Mazda CX5 with all wheel drive for me, which was exactly what I needed for mountain snow and ice. The car was quiet on the highway and completely satisfactory in every other way. The representative was lovely, and I had about a 1 minute wait when picking up the car and no wait turning it back in. The St. George airport is very easy to negotiate.
The car was spacious for our group. The pick up was odd- rep barely made eye contact and gave us wrong directions to find the car. He also told us the gas would be marked at empty bc their refueling service was out of order somehow (unsure of details) but the receipt did not reflect this and we were charged for refueling at drop off. Called customer service for refund bc there was no one available to accept our return at drop off. Anyway, the car was fine- the human element not so smooth.

Picking up the car was a good experience the office was busy but the line didn’t take long. Only issue was the car smelling of smoke but i didn’t want to go back inside to get a new car as I have a toddler. Dropping off the car was fast and easy. Mark was super attentive and helpful. I let him know my concerns about the smoke and he apologized and made sure everything else was great. I will rent with enterprise again!
