Hi, First of all they didn’t have my reservation and took 45 minutes just to give me another vehicle. Not the one that I’ve made the reservation for! Second, the insurance was more expensive than the whole price of the car. Kayak website couldn’t let me buy the insurance which at the time was almost 4 times less expensive. Third, the car was poorly cleaned and all sensors were faulty. The car had bad tire pressure and no one was answering the phone when trying to call Hertz to report these. I’ve spent 1.45h without having a representative on the phone. Overall, poor experience with Hertz Calvi. I’ll make sure I don’t book again next year!!

Lady at airport booth spoke no English. The car I had asked and booked was not available. She ended up giving me (after almost one hour wait) a manual transmission car when I had agreed to pay a surplus of about 30 euro for an automatic. The car was dirty outside.
