Pros:The car that I was upgrade for was better. It was comfort, spacious and smooth. Also the gas mileage really help especially long drives to Las Vegas. We made it straight to Vegas without putting any gas.Cons:I wasn't pleased with the car pickup. The car that I requested wasn't available. I waited for 15 mins until they finally give me an upgrade. I requested a midsize car instead they gave me mini suv for the same price.Reviewed 23 Aug 2017

Pros:I normally rent from enterprise since they are walking distance from my home but hertz was about $120 cheaper. everything g was fine with my rental so I may bea new loyal customer thank you.Reviewed 31 Dec 2016
