Staff was friendly, However: - I was charges and additional $135.00 in compulsory insurances which was more than the actual hire price. I could’ve rented much cheaper at the airport rental with any major company had I known this. - at after hour drop-off the offices were closed so i had to abandon the car and hide the keys nearby. I tried several phone numbers but nobody answered. Fortunately, the car was still there next morning and I was refunded the deposit $200 without any problems. Definitely would recommend going elswhere for a hire.Reviewed 13 Nov 2023

Cons:Communication. My rental was scheduled for 3pm pickup and I called at 2pm to see if I could pickup early but the lady that answered the phone said no it won’t be ready until 3pm. I get there at 3pm and she’s tells me she don’t have a van available for me and that she might have 1 the next day. Other company’s try and figure that stuff out before the pickup. Also they call if they think they might have a problem not wait til the costumer gets there and then tell them they have to Van available. And then I had to ask if I can get the minivan at least cause it’s there. They when we said we called at 2pm to confirm and talked to her she said No that wasn't me not sure who it was you spoke to.Reviewed 9 Sep 2020

Pros:Nothing - the van that was given to us was very old and had a mechanical issue ( Engine shakes and driving wheel shakes on turns) the car started showing this issue 2 hours into our drive to tahoe. I called the office and inquired if I can go to the nearest rental and swap vans for the safety of my family. The customer service was very unprofessional and couldn't find me any solution other than dropping the van at a different location without getting a new van and in top of all of that getting charged $100 for dropping the van at a different location.Cons:Please don't ever get a van from there. Cons:There was no USB charging port in the minivan. We got it basically with no gas and they wouldn’t give us any gas credit as we returned it with more gas. When I dropped it off, there was no return airport shuttle and I had to take a Lyft which took a long time. DEFINITELY spend a couple extra bucks and use the main rental companies.Reviewed 21 Aug 2020

Pros:The van worked as expected, pickup was easy.Cons:No one was at the site at the time I was supposed to drop of the van. There was someone at the back of the building cleaning vans and he said his boss told him if I customer came in he could take the keys. He also told me it would be able 30 min before someone came back. I couldn’t wait 30 min, so I left the keys with him. I also called and left a message to the number provided saying I was dropping the van off. A day later I received a receipt for that was $110 more than what I was quoted for the vehicle. I was charged extra for cleaning despite the fact that I vacuumed the van before bringing it back it. I’ve tried calling several times and left messages to despite the charge and not one ever answers and no has has called me back. I would definitely not recommend this company for rentals.Reviewed 27 May 2020

Bad maintenance, DANGEROUS tripPros:The van is able to drive, although a lot of dangerous problems. Fortunately, we safely got back home in spite of the potential dangers.Cons:- The maintenance of the car is extremely BAD. We got CHANGE THE OIL alert 4 hours after picking up. Since the service center is limited, we have to drive this dangerous van for 3 days with potential breaking down. We also waste about 4-5 hours to replace the van in LA. - The light in cabin cannot be turned off at night, which makes it difficult for the driver to observe the surroundings in the evening. It is extremely dangerous and may cause serious accident.Reviewed 31 Mar 2017
