Location to the convention center
The lobby was extremely chaotic and loud. There is nothing near the hotel that gives you options for dining out as far as I could tell.
The proximity to port Everglades is convenient.
When I arrived, I was ignored for 20 minutes just standing at the counter while 2 staff members were having a conversation. The lobby and hallways were filthy and smelled terribly. when I asked about the smell a staff member replied "that's just how it smells". While checking in online, I requested a high floor room with a marina view. what they gave me was a first floor room and the "beautiful marina view" was obstructed by overgrown and unkept vegetation, so overgrown that I couldn't get any sunlight into the room. The staff was both incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. I called down 3 times on my first day to request extra pillows, they told me all 3 times the pillows were on the way. Nothing was ever delivered to the room. There was a large gathering of water underneath the television when I got into the room, when I asked about this they told me they would "look into it" This was without a doubt the worst stay I've ever had at a Hilton property. I would've stayed at a motel 6 and paid a fraction of the price If I knew it was going to be this terrible.
- Only "glitch" was that, when checking in, the front desk said that my business debit card was declined....twice. However: • There was 60x more funds in the account than was needed • I called the Bank and they had no record of even any attempts and • I immediately used that same card at the hotel restaurant Unfortunately, I was forced to use my personal credit card
Shower did not work in my room. I let the front desk know upon checkout and they did not offer any discount for my inconvenience. I had to ask them what they could do for me, and after some haggling with them, they gave me free parking for the night. Will not stay at this hotel ever again.
Bathroom needed updating. Shower nozzle was broken.

Most of the staff were not helpful at all, gives very little instruction, for example that the parking lot had a complicated system, and also the first room we were assigned to was u see a cooling monitor, it was so noisy all the time that we had to change the room. They were a combating in helping us change room, but refuse to switch us to vacant rooms by the pool because it's pricer??? It's the same room and I think why's just a marketing gimmick. They were nice to send us some cheese plates and cracks during our last day to recommend are for the noisy room. If the service was better I would have given it higher rating, but for now only a 3 star

Parking was a bit expensive. Really added to the cost of the trip.

A unique experience not on a beach but on the waterfront. The food and drink were way over price but quality. The pool area and feel with the outdoor canal side bar was a 10! Location was a 10! Allowing dogs in building, on furniture and handled by food and beverage staff guy is unhealthy and unprofessional!
The front desk set up was very very odd more like an airline counter. The food and drinks were way top expensive. Allowing dogs in the lobby, on furniture and handled by the bar guy at the pool was a major turnoff. The bartender did not wash his hands after picking up a dog a lady handed him. It was gross!

It was located very close to the cruise line dock
The location and the facility were good but a little sterile. The customer service was strong but impersonal.
The breakfast was mediocre and overpriced. The internal wifi was unreliable. The food at the Gbar was cold.
The room was right next to the elevator which was very loud. Staff also seemed to congregate and talk very loudly outside our door until after midnight. The room key was supposed to also open the gate for parking but did not work.
I had a room that was beat down. The knobs were falling off, no supplies to use etc. fortunately I traveled by myself and just wanted a room to get some much needed rest. They then double charged my friend twice in valet and I probably would not pay as much to stay there again. Best bet is to get the hotel next to it -better stay for your money

Loved that it was close to the ports & we could walk to the shopping centers. The beach was very nice!
Nice room remodelling
The staff when we arrived, Internet that you have to pay to get in the room because we are in 2014 and the access is so easy that you should offer IT FREE to all of your customers. We need to pay for the parking and it wasn't announced on the web site.
Room was very clean and tidy. Nice plus with the balcony as well.
No 24/7 room service. Also the room key was your entry to the self parking and ours didn't seem to work.
Great service. If rating were based on service alone, this would be five star for sure.
Room was next to the elevators. There was a strong fruity scent in the room like they were trying to hide something. The cups weren't wrapped in plastic as they should be, so who knows how they were cleaned. There is a side road that leads to the hotel and the signage on the main road is either minimal or nonexistent.
$25 parking charge? No way! What a rip off. Never seen this kid of rip off before. Off location.

Breakfast. Pool area has games.
No airport shuttle. No room service. No food after 11pm except snacks. No free shuttle to port. Room was not clean. Said they would send someone but didn't. I specifically booked this hotel because it said it had a free airport shuttle and was in walking distance of the cruise port. Neither was true. No free breakfast just added to the disappointment.
Loved the Rainfall shower, loved the intercoastal view from my room, bed was phenomenal, and for the price it's the best 4 star hotel out there!
