Temperature was very cold. seat was uncomfortable bc headrest did not work properly - the earflaps would not move.
Alaska airlines is the best. Best customer service, crew, and value for money.
I have taken 4 Alaska flights in the past 3 weeks and every single flight was delayed. They give you a $12 voucher for airport food, sometimes too late, after you’ve already eaten. That might get you a bagel. Reservations, rentals, etc have to be cancelled with no repercussions. Will be avoiding Alaska if possible.
Window seat and a packed plane. A very uncomfortable flight.
My flights went about as good as they could be. I’ll always take Alaska when possible.

I made a mistake with my reservation and customer service refused to help me. They basically said that it was my fault and that I need to pay for another flight if I want to make changes. The flight was delayed. I should have checked before I rushed to the airport, but it would have been nice to get an email. At the airport, the waiting area was too small, so there wasn’t enough space to sit. During the flight, there wasn’t enough air and there was a terrible odor on the plane.
Flight was delayed and I for some reason the connection flight was delayed too so I didn’t missed my connecting flight. I paid extra for a main cabin seat and I didn’t even get a complementary drink like it says when you buy those seats.
I wish it hadn't been delayed. I'm thankful my husband got home safely but I understand turbulence was NOT GOOD.
Airline did not explain reasons why flight was delayed two hours. Explanations were badly needed and rarely provided. Problem seemed to clearly be the airline’s fault and not the fault of the weather or airport.
Very uncomfortable seats and seat backs, and I am only 5’9”. Delayed due to crew issues, spent a long time with no ventilation. Teeny overhead bins. Wifi worked well. Arrived safely.
I was delighted that we were able to get on the 4:40 pm flight rather than our original booking at 6:55 pm!! Other than that, the flight was comfortable and landed early😊
Our flight was delayed many times throughout the day. The final delay was about 8 hours. I spent time in line to speak to someone at their understaffed desk, and also spent time waiting online and then chatting with a service rep. None of the United employees were any help at all. I desperately wanted to go get rest and possibly re-book my trip but I was denied any compensation or voucher for a hotel. I was repeatedly told it was not United's fault and therefore they had no compensation to offer. Overall, a cold and callous experience.
Paid WiFi was only available for a few minutes. Avoid at all costs.

Flight crew and pilots did great. Flight way delayed due to a part needing replacement. Based on what the pilot indicated- the maintenance crew could’ve resolved this more efficiently than replacing whole part- and taken less time
Pretty turbulent, but not anyone’s fault. They got us there. Impressed that they carried on with a drink service.
Please please take consideration when setting cabin temperature. The vents were not functional and it was over 70 degrees in the cabin during the winter months when most people are used to much cooler indoor temperatures. I was down to my white t-shirt and the sweat pants I wore from Auckland to San Francisco and was sweating profusely and there was NO VENT!
The best part was we weren’t too delayed. Seating space in economy is insulting and about as uncomfortable as one could expect before mutiny breaks out. Prep for landing happened well over 45 minutes before wheels down: no final garbage pickup and it interrupted those of us who needed tray tables down for dinner, etc.
No meal on a cross country flight? SFO-MiA is pretty much the definition of a coast to coast flight. No meal provided. Sky high wi-fi rates too. Stop nickel and diming your customers.
The staff was unprofessional and didn’t communicate very well. The boarding process was very disheveled, potentially due to a power outage the previous day but there was no contingency plan to properly get passengers boarded the following day. Once boarded the aircraft stayed on the tarmac for over 45 minutes due to high winds. The communication was sporadic but an announcement was finally made an additional 30 minutes later that the flight was cancelled but we couldn’t get off the plane. Prior to deplaning one of the gate agents came on the plane and made an announcement for everyone to pickup their checked bags and take a card to rebook a new reservation because they didn’t have adequate staff. Flights were missed, passengers went to different airports and there was little to no assistance from AA.
Apart from the delay due to unforeseen circumstances. The leg from sjc to dfw was fine. It was the leg from dfw to orf that we encountered issues mainly due to the flight attendant crew not being friendly. We had two small children and we needed some assistance to warm up milk so the baby would sleep. The crew just didn’t get it and made things very difficult. One made a remark that the baby’s dirty diaper smell was a “gift” to the plane in a rude way. Normally I’d brush that off as a funny comment if the rest of the trip the attendants were helpful or understanding of the difficulty we faced. But that wasn’t the case. We were met with rudeness on the second leg. Whereas on the first leg the crew were so nice and helpful.
Flight From PHX to CVG was on time, very professional staff
The flight was 6 hr late and then they blamed it on the weather. All of the other planes were coming and going fine.
Well, flight times cause some wait, but there were not times available and we understood. I didn't check any luggage, because it has become too expensive. I was able to add any extra items to my co-travellers check bags. [Luckily, this trip wasn't international.] Last, I hadn't flown AA domestically for a while, but partners and coworkers had warned me in advance that not all planes have monitors at every seat. Luckily, I was mostly prepared to use the in-flight entertainment and happy I was. The great: AA staff is always kind and comfort is way better than the budget airlines that I sometimes have to fly. I know my points and vouchers all expired over the last couple of years, but I still enjoy AA when I do fly with them. I also appreciate all of the locations we can go directly from pur home airport. Since we are traveling more now, I hope to take advantage.

The usual wait at Columbus once you land to get to an open gate (20 minutes) and then the usual 30 minutes for your luggage to appear.
Nothing, flight was supposed to leave at 758 am. My flight didn’t leave until 430 pm. Spent the whole day at the airport.
The flight attended didn't ask one everyone in our party if they wanted a drink or snack. The one attended appeared to hate her job which is the one that attended to us.

My first time to fly Frontier and loved it! Boarding was super easy as we only had personal items. Crew was helpful and funny and the plane was clean. Pilot was also great at landing the plane smoothly.
Poor communication. Plane was available, but crew to fly. It was not so flight was delayed. Our flight was overbooked, so carry-on. Baggage was denied without proper notification before hand. Cost of bags to be checked is outrageous.

This isna terribly run airlines. If you're one minute late, they will deny your ticket. Don't waste your time or money
Flight was delayed for more than 3 hours, crew at ONT airport was rude, and when we got to DFW the airplane had an issue landing, we had to be taxied to the terminal, and the luggage was hold until the next day.
Several delays in a row totaling two hours with no information announcements and no explanations given. Rude and unapologetic onboard flight attendant addressing those of us in overpriced emergency exits as if we were idiots. It had been a while since I felt treated like cattle. I will do my best to avoid Frontier as much as possible in the future.
