I loved everything there amazing place !!
Loved the staff and the swimming pool was a fabulous feature . It m as made an all day of walking rewarding being able to jump in and relax . Great location . It took us 15 minutes to walk to botanical gardens .
I was surprised that hotel didnt provide parking . I found out at the arrival that parking was $40 per night.
I liked how modern and up to date the hotel was and how spacious the rooms were.
I didn’t like how much breakfast cost. With the tax, it was $16.49 per person, that’s not including the tip. That is $66 just for me and my three kids to eat breakfast. I believe that breakfast should be complimentary or at least reasonably priced. My kids and I walked over a mile to McDonald’s to eat breakfast as we are on a budget and did not want to throw away $70 on breakfast. McDonald’s cost us $20 for the four of us to eat breakfast.
the pool area was large with lots of seating and was the highlight of the hotel. The mattresses were also very comfortable. Lunch menu by the pool was minimal, but the food was good., view of the Capitol building was excellent.
the bathroom was quite tiny, the lighting in the room and bathroom was poor, the breakfast buffet was minimal, and they do not offer conditioner with the room toiletries. The shuttle only runs in the morning between specified hours, and not all day. The life guard on duty did not seem to actively be watching, and even observed them with ear buds and looking at their phone.
Nice swimming pool, although I had no the chance to try it. Close to the Capitol, reachable in a quarter hour walk, and subway station (10 minutes walk). Shuttle connection (one way only) to the central area is available in the morning. Some computers and a printer available to the guest in the lobby. A couple of toll washing machines and driers also available to the guests.
Coffee machine in the rooms but not coffee pod.
