Good location, next to El Corte Inglés, and you can be in a lot of places in a 10 min walk.

The room was dark, the windows face a closed patio and it felt a bit claustrophobic.

I live here - but I needed a hotel for a couple of nights - the location is normal for me - but I imagine for a tourist this would be perfect .

Wi-Fi availability was pretty weak. In peak times there was no service (i.e.: iPad said 'not connected'). Off peak, it was just about 'manageable'.

All the staff I met were friendly, extremely helpful and courteous.

The primary breakfast room is a little on the small size, I think it would be beneficial for the hotel staff and the guests if the primary breakfast room was changed to the front or larger part of the restaurant area. This would improve the seating choice for guests and give staff an opportunity to clear away without having the next guest waiting to be seated.

Parking was scarce and they usually run out of it althoug it is included in the services
