It was clean and had all the basics. Nothing particularly exceptional or inspiring but did the job. I wasn’t looking for anything outstanding anyways. Location worked perfectly for me and didn’t have any issues with rude or unaccommodating staff. A bit annoyed that by booking a day in advance I paid more than my friend who booked a room that same night. We both booked single rooms. Nothing was different about our rooms but that’s nothing to do with the quality of the property itself

The location is very central and not too far from the train station. The hotel was clean, the bathroom in my room was good and the breakfast was fine. Reasonably priced for an okay hotel.

The man at check-in was pretty rude. He seemed completely disinterested in me and would barely look up from his computer. He didn't use please or thank you and I was made to feel rather unwelcome. However, on a more positive note, the member of staff at breakfast was polite and friendly.

The hotel is right in the city centre. The rooms are clean and are exactly the way they are on the photos.

Parking is never available. Pillow is not very comfortable.

Room spacious and good location. Onsite parking good as free parking for a limited number of cars.

The staff were not at all friendly. In particular there was one guy — maybe the manager who was particularly unfriendly to the point of being almost rude. Slamming down telephones and generally behaving in a very unwelcoming fashion. WiFi didn’t seem to reach our room — couldn’t connect after trying multiple times.

Typical commercial 2-star hotel. No personality but equipped with all basic amenities Convenient for most facilities.

The breakfast was not free so I didn't have any. The location was good, right in the center of Vigo. Accesible to pretty much every location. Overall the rooms were to my surprise very confortable and clean and for that reason I would come back again. For the price a payed I was more than satisfied.

Just mention that the wifi had very weak signal on the second floor and therefore was not able to do my work on the computer. The parking only fit about 8 cars so If you were lucky to make it there early you might have a small chance on getting a spot. . One last thing, not sure what the name of the receptionist was that checked me in but his manners and posture could have been much better. For a second I thought he was home lounging on his computer, doing who knows what. A simple smile and a hi goes a long way. Thank you.

We were in the town just for a day, and the location was very good, walking distance (for us) to all the city. At night we were near the train station, but did not see nothing strange or dangerous. I would recommend this place.

The only negative issue, knowing that it was a three start hotel, was the breakfast was limited to the continental and not having other options.

The breakfast here was exceptional with fresh pastries and a Nespresso machine for coffee. My room was very quiet with double glazed windows which is appreciated after my last hotel was very loud.

My bathroom had a slight smell from drains, possibly due to no window airing. The reception staff could have been more friendly and welcoming...

Very small rooms. No AC.

We only stayed one night this time due to an early flight next day. We were in a side room with only a courtyard view which was fine as it was only overnight and we were mostly out. Location is good...

Cleanliness

Room had no air conditioning and was therefore a little too warm.

The room was cleaned every day, and fresh towels were also provided daily.

Very thin walls, you could hear next door guests speaking. Not enough daylight in the room.

It is only ten minutes walking from the main pedestrian street, and about 15 minutes from the main squares in the old city. The ocean (bay) is also about 15 minutes walking. There are several city bus...

It can be noisy - soundproofing is not very good. We could here people slamming the door in the late night or early in the morning. View from the window was to other buildings. All TV channels were on...

Overall it's worth the price and for a 2 * hotel it exceeds expectations!

Beds v comfortable. Best shower on our trip. Huge.

Hotel lobby was in the process of repainting and dining room floor pulled up. Sorry a bit dusty etc. Staff at check-in didn't speak English but we got there in the end.
