Friendly staff and very clean. Greatly situated in the city centre just at the big and so popular shopping Street. Vigo is Very hilly, which is great as you get fit walking around and you can drink as much beer as you want getting thirsty. Estrella Galizia and Mahou was very fine. The Vigoeans, Friendly.

We only stayed one night, but the staff was very friendly and efficient. Our room was modern and sparkling clean. The street outside the hotel was very quiet at night. There is a small rooftop patio which was very comfortable. This hotel is an excellent choice.

Nothing to dislike.

This is a hidden gem! It is quaint, it is sleek, it is quiet, and best of all it is walkable to the bay, to good restaurants, and to shopping.

Clean hotel with modern decor. Excellent breakfast with plenty of variety. Room was a little on the small side and there is no gym. Overall, a lovely hotel in the centre of Vigo.

Great location, walking distance to major attractions and shopping area. Receptionist was very helpful, providing map, ideas on what to see and where to eat, and organising transport.

We didn't opt for breakfast so can't comment on that. It's a boutique hotel but a very high standard. Really big & comfie bed in room. When we arrived (on our camino) our bags had been put in our room already - such a simple but great touch! Hot tub on the roof is great (even in the rain in our case). Staff are lovely and location is good. Would return without doubt.

Contemporary and stylish, good sized rooms large beds and aircon wifi etc all work well. Pleasant roof terrace. Helpful front desk. Housekeeping very good.

The very stylish white marble bathrooms are very slippy when wet. Its about 15 mins from old town and port so while not poorly located its not as convenient as some.

The location was great. The staff is very helpful and easygoing. Room is amazing: big, clean and comfortable. Very attentive to my mother's reduced mobility needs.

The parking is paid, and it's so narrow that makes it difficult to circulate.

Everything the staff were so friendly and helpful right from check in to cleaning our room. We were both unwell and staff very kind. Best property we have stayed in - absolutely quiet, proper block out blinds, breakfast available if wanted spacious, large bathroom and clean

Staff were terrific, made us feel at home despite the fact we are terrible at Spanish. Sun terrace and hot tub were fantastic. All round excellent hotel.

This is a really boutique hotel. Design of interior is wonderful. The staff is very helpful and polite. Everywhere is very clean. The Jacuzzi on the roof is wonderful.

If somebody want to travel by ship to another interesting places it is better to find a hotel near to the port. The breakfast is relatively expensive

Excellent Atencion

Very comfortable, modern with light sensors everywhere, bed and pillows very good, the room not to big but you had a lot of closet space and were to put you luggage, near the pedestrian street to the old city. The staff was great friendly professional helpful gave us lots of tips of places to visit, we spoke spanish I don’t know how good there English was.

The parking lot you have to be a very good driver, but the staff help every time we wanted to leave they accompany us to help although they didn’t take out the car they gave directions on how to turn etc

We had a beautiful room with a big sun terrace. Staff very kind and helpful.

Two televisions in the small breakfast room, but I can understand that's just not my preference.

Very difficult to access underground parking. Location very difficult to find.

Vigo is impossible to park. Be prepared to pay for parking. The hotel offers free parking, but I really don't think they have more than 1 space. Parking is pricey in Vigo.
