It was absolutely spotless. The biggest bed I’ve ever seen, huge soft pillows, a quiet room and lovely staff too

Only thing I think it’s lacking is tea and coffee making facilities. We skipped breakfast due to an early morning flight in. So we would have liked to have made a hot drink before we vacated.

Everything at the hotel. The room was exceptional, one of the best we have stayed in in Varna. We were greeted very warm and friendly by the reception staff and bell boy. Our breakfast was served up very nice and the fresh orange juice was a nice touch. Katerina on reception was outstanding and on our departure arranged our Free transfer, and checkout very smoothly. The cheaufeaur was very polite and helped with our luggage, with a very careful ride to the airport.

The staff were very friendly and efficient; the reception staff all spoke excellent English. The choice of food for breakfast was very comprehensive which was a plus for a longer stay.

Sunny and comfortable room, with Sea view. Very quiet and convenient hotel at the Sea Port. The breakfast is very varied, tasty and warm served. Good place to stay, relax, and meet you partners.

The location is very good- is closed to the beach and to the city center.There is a lot of restaurants and bars in the area. All the staff in the hotel was very nice. The beds are comfortable. My room had a lovely sea view :)

Breakfast definitely can be improved. Local fresh vegetables - Bananas :) Yeah, right... The tree grows right around the corner. Juices were... well, you can afford better for the price of this breakfast. Try a bit harder!

Nice breakfast. The beach is right across the street, and you get a great view of the sea. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

It’s a four-star hotel, yet it only has a restaurant for breakfast. The house rules are taken, I believe, from an American hotel; they talk about abiding to federal law, medicinal drug use, and storage of guns. I’m not sure what that was about. This isn’t an actual problem, just weird.

We get a free upgrade to the big room with a nice sofa and a large balcony. The view is amazing and we can see the sunrise from the bed. The bed is large and comfortable. The breakfast is perfect for us with delicious food and lots of variety. The bathroom is clean with a big mirror on it.

It says free airport transport but actually it is only free for pick up service. We know it after the booking. It cost us 12LV for a taxi from the hotel to the airport.

Very kind reception, I was 1 day earlier as booked, no problem. Everything was taken care of. Even the car was parked by the staff. Perfect rooms, super wifi, clean, spacey, super bed. And all what l need in walking distance. Restaurants, city centre, boulevard and of course in Varna, the beach(250 mtr, to the water line). All within 500 mtr... Perfect

I got an upgrade. Spent my birthday at this hotel and it was fantastic. Staff is adorable. Breakfast very good. The place is clean and I got hot a Super view. A wonderful memory.

The room A/C wasn't working very well which made the room a bit stuffy. Weather in Varna at the time was unseasonable warm.

The breakfast was not that good, but decent enough. Coffee was good. The room was the deluxe room, so it was big and comfortable. The bed was large and clean. Rooms were cleaned every day and we were getting clean towels. The minibar was cheap. Parking was private underground, at the cost of 15 Lev per night.

Room Service was just until 14, the breakfast was the same for the whole stay.

The personal was very nice and helpful. The hotel has a good position due to The fact is situated between The port and city center. It was a pleasure for me to stay there and for sure i ll be back . The room was with sea View , The bed was confortable and The linnen was so clean. They have also private parking , for 15 leva Per day.

- very good location, close to the beach and the port -good breakfast but always the same - very clean in the hotel, in the rooms and in the bathroom -the comfortable bed room and the sofa can be used by an adult or 2children, very good - they took into account my request and they booked us a quieter room

- coffee at breakfast totally unsuitable for hotel claims - very strong bumps, if you have problems with your back I advise you to take your pillow home (I honestly do not understand why hoteliers generally invest in loby chairs instead of paying more attention to the quality of the tourist's sleep) - 15leva underground parking

Nice hotel in a great location. View of the sea across the street was nice. Great place to spend a few days in Varna.

The fitness center was across the street and you had to pay a small fee. The process for this was a bit confusing, but it worked well.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms, much better than indicated in the pictures. Location was excellent, staff friendly.

This typical resort hotel has a good location with good Black sea view and particularly just a stone’s throw from the lovely Sea Garden where you should not miss to stroll at the evening and find plenty of good restaurants inside the park. It is also around 10 mins walk to Roman Thermae and 15 mins to town centre. Room is very spacious, clean and toilet is ok. Breakfast is quite goos with a wide choices.
