Mediocre experience

The beach was not clean. The staff was not friendly. There was no variety of food. Bad organisation, a lot of people forming queues. Didn't like the chicken, because it was raw (sometimes) Very expensive parking. It was very crowded

Horrible food. Rooms are clean but don’t look very good. The balcony was above what seemed to be the kitchen, where they throw the remains of soup on the ground. Smelled terrible.

Reasonable food, for sure you will find something on your taste; two medium pools and one small pool for kids; large room, large beds.

Poor cleanliness; only two elevators which were dirty and very slow; just 120 sunbeds for 240 rooms; damaged furniture in our room. If you want to have a sunbed (on the beach or near the pool) you will have to wake up very early (5 a.m.) because many tourists are `reserving` them by putting towels on them starting with 4.30 a.m.. Until 9 a.m. you will find many of them only with towels - this is not something that the manager of the hotel can manage, unfortunately.

The food is diversified. You can't say you don't have what to eat, because you have what to choose. The only weird thing is the snack bar between 00:00 - 02:00. We only went once to see what this could mean. In the middle of the night, the snack bar involved a bean soup, sandwiches (with ham and cheese from the breakfast). Alcoholic drinks are ok. But the juices are terrible. The drinks (Cola, Sprite, Fanta, Schweppes) are super diluted with water. There is also a dispenser with apple juice, orange juice and plain water. All with the smell of chlorine. Orange juice seemed to be the most effective vitamin C, just as much more diluted.

We stayed 2 person 7 days at this hotel. I arrived with pretty high expectations, seeing all the reviews about the big rooms and the pictures on the internet. I'll start with the minuses, because there are so many. I saw the room and I was speechless. It looked as if it were a warehouse before it was the room: exaggeratedly small, situated on the corner of the hotel and with a lot of dust, without a refrigerator and with a horrible smell of duct. We went to the reception to change the room with a more spacious one, of course with cost. They couldn’t do that because the hotel was full. We decided to stay in the end, but provided it brings us a refrigerator in the room. They asked us why we need a refrigerator. Well, maybe for water !? As long as the feature list stated that it included refrigerator as a camera feature, I don't understand why they were asking me what the refrigerator is for. In any case, they brought us the refrigerator to the room. From the balcony is space for one person, hardly for two. Good luck, we weren't smokers either. 7 days we actually stayed with the clothes on the table. I had a very small attempt of a dresser in which not even a quarter of the clothes would fit. I put the towels in there and that was enough to fill. There was actually only one shelf near the bathroom door. Another weak point - the elevators. When you have hundreds of tourists and you only have two elevators with a maximum capacity of 4 people, of which only one of them reaches the top floor, it is a problem. Another weakness that most hotels in this area have - parking. It is not a problem to pay, a problem is that there are not enough parking spaces for all the tourists to stay. We were lucky, we got an empty parking lot, but those who came after us were no longer allowed to enter the parking lot and were not even redirected to another parking lot. It's just luck.

We had 2 rooms , one was quite clean and nice but the second one where my mother stayed was full of bug beds ! They change the room with no issues but we didn’t get any apologies!

Bed bugs in room, very poor variety of food , small beach you need to wake up early morning to have a place

Only the sea view

It was the worst hotel that we stayed in ever, definitely avoid.Very rude staff, the room was very dirty and it was ready after 2 hours from check in, the AC wasn't working, also the fridge was dirty and with the leftover from other guests, the toilet was leaking, the towels and the bed clothes were smelling. After speaking with the reception manager for 12 times, nothing was solved. Regarding the food, the only edible thing was the bread. The real feeling is for 1 star hotel.

The food was almost the same every day.in big,every day they gave potatoes in different shapes,and the salad bar was poor.The meet was porc or chicken.At the swim pool wasn’t clean every day and at the barbecue bar was as well dirty.And the toilet was broken,the water was running down from toilet.The city town was nice and clean,and nice people around

I have booked a room at this hotel because it was next to the beach.

The food was discusting. I had reserved all inclusive and eated in a different place. Meat chicken was cold, salad had flys and wasn't fresh. The sweets were just plain. Watermelon was bad and the list goods on. At breakfast I could only touch a croasant. '''''''Never in your life book a room in this place!!!!!'''''

Nothing! Terible service! NOT a 4* hotel !!!

The staff is not that friendly, the cleaning service is inexistent and the food was terible. They refused to let me park the car in the hotel parking lot even after three consecutive days of free parking spots, telling me that the spaces are for the hotel owner... it wasnt true.

The location is right on the beach, this is the ONLY thing good at this hotel

For all inclusive package.. i ate only salads and fruits...the meat was the same of the previous days but with another sauce, we will not find butter for breakfast- instead margarine. The drinks? Oh my good... we could’t drink anything from there...only water and some beers that were 50% water. About the parking they not even allow us to the yard to unload the luggages, we found a parking place at 3.5 km away, there are no parking places near...we paid 5 euros/day and walk 45 min with our luggages. Even if we paid 7 nights, we left a day earlier.

The hair dryer in the bathroom didn’t work and after asking twice for a technician still wasn’t repaired. The TV didn’t have a clear view. Mini fridge not cooling. Few parking lots.

- Terrible, terrible food. I'm not a picky eater, but the food was a joke. Definitely not "ultra all inclusive" services. - The jacuzzi in the main bathroom was falling apart, we didn't have the courage to start it up. - the place is missing some serious air con (all over the hotel) - dirty beach

It was in fact close to the beach and the waves where fantastic fun.

everything could have been better, and staff where very rude. For example, there where three member of staff at the reception desk but only one was dealing with staff, the other was sat laughing with a friend eating at the station and the one next was standing around being no help at all. It took 45 minutes to check in, we made numerous requests for repairs to be done in our room and nothing was done, the staff, every time we asked about the faults where told had not been reported. The management were apparently not available at any time during our stay so we could not make a complaint, we where told that we are free to leave at anytime if we did not like the hotel, but we would not be able to receive a refund due to the nature of our booking with booking.com. Food was very basic and poorly cooked, I only ate salads, the local drinks provided by the hotel were extremely poor, the beers tasted watered down, the spirits where the cheapest you can buy in Bulgaria, I know this as I live there, the mixers where very sickly, so me and my fiancée spent no time in the hotel, even though we had an all inclusive package. Also I would like to know what is Ultra all inclusive is as it seemed nothing was on offer. The hotel was extremely over priced The resort was very expensive, compared to others on the black sea coast, and the area was very cramped, Parking is a nightmare and very expensive. 15 lev per day (13 euros) and there is very limited space we had to park a mile away from the hotel. Me and my fiancée wanted to have a nice romantic weekend at this hotel and the pictures on booking.com of the hotel show a secluded hotel with its back to the woods and right on the beach front, where in fact it is false. The hotel is surround by other hotels a concrete jungle is the best way to describe it. The view from our room was basically a view of one of the adjoining hotel rooms, roughly 30 meters away so it was not very private.

The location was good. The outside pools were clean.
