Great place for relaxing in...

Very clean, they were extra careful with disinfecting the table and the chairs It's very nice for coming here with your family, peaceful and very quiet. They also have some fun family activities like Karaoke, Recognize the song etc. The staff was amazing and they were very proactive in satisfying our needs Diversity in terms of food for the hotel restaurant and for the beach Except for the inconvenience at the bar, I really felt safe, they are taking all the measures concerning the pandemic. I would definetly come back at this place because the price per value is really good

The overall experience was a good one but the stuff from the bar was not wearing a mask. I know that is not comfortable but it would have made me feel safer. Some of them were also coughing and this thing made me buy my own drinks from the supermarket even though I had an all inclusive package Even though there is a lot of food, in my opinion the food was not cooked as it was intended for a 4 stars hotel Beach is at a distance of around 40 minutes walk. There is a shuttle bus, from the hotel (it's free and is meant only for the guests of the hotel ) but it leaves every hour and usually it's pretty full.

Everything! The staff members were great, i loved the animation team, the activities were fun, food was delicious, drinks were absolutely amazing. I had the best stay in golden sands for sure and I checked out quite a few hotels.

Main chef is a real good master of buffet meals. Bartenders are polite and always there for you. Daily room cleaning was immaculate, towels were changed daily. Great trip.

1st day - buffet was not working, Food was served by menu ala carte, personnel was not prepared for that.

The food was great, especially the desserts! also good coffee, including capucchino (from a machine). all the staff were very welcoming, we had to change our dates at the last minute and the hotel and helped us a lot. The private beach is about 7 minutes drive with the shuttle bus. it is quite and very comfortable. they serve there cold drinks, food and snacks. during our stay we had a gala dinner and Bulgarian evening at the main restaurant - both were very nice. the room is small, but comfortable. bathroom very clean and nice

Everything was great, clean room, clean sheets, bathroom, perfect view, all kind of meals, awsome people who were ready to give you any kind of information, you have an exchange store at the hotel's entrance.

The only thing that was a little complicated was the location of the hotel beach, but you have the option to go with a shuttle buss, it is for free, provided by the hotel.

Great food, drinks, room and facilities. Free parking at the location. Friendly staff. Pool and private beach (food and drinks available all day long). Two special dinners at BBQ and Italian restaurant (a la carte). The coffee, especially the one in the big recipient on the bar in the main restaurant.

The music was too load and there was a lot of noise from the Animation Team at the pool. It was a little disturbing for us. The BBQ chef was a little grumpy and I saw him going to the toilet without washing his hands afterwards. I think this is not acceptable even if he wears gloves.

Great food, great drinks and very nice pool at the hotel. Also, they serve food and drinks on their beach bar and you can skip lunch at the hotel.

The only downside is that the beach is not on walkable distance from the hotel. There is a free shuttle bus though that goes from front of the hotel to the beach every hour starting with 9:30 till 16:30

Good but can be improved a lot . Second time staying at HVD Viva. Food it's ok , drinks can be improved , coffee as well. Staff support can improve and also their english knowledge.

When i lost my room key they immediately told that i whould be charged 20 leva for that instead of helping me find the key lost and found in the restaurant .

It was an incredible experience. Animators were the best ever. Yasmin , Mimi and the others make a beautiful atmosphere. Food was very good. Rooms were perfecly clean . In conclusion was the very best experience ever. I recommend it, for sure.

The hotel rooms were a bit small but the beds were a great size and very clean. The amenities were one of the best and I have stayed in various all inclusive hotels. There is plenty of food choice and evening entertainment. The staff are very helpful and serve to please. Well recommended and I will definitely return.

Spacious rooms, very clean, modern furniture. Overall the hotel looks very good. Free mini bar. Free bus transportation.

Poor dish variety and sun-beds were very old and broken many of them on the beach. You need to take the bus in order to get to the beach. At the beach bar they serve only beer. Would be good to have a bit more variety.

The hotel is modern, beds are comfortable, very clean hotel. The staff is very nice with everything you ask and do. Food is great, the snack bar on the beach was very nice as well.

The shuttle bus to and from the beach can get very crowded sometimes, so crowded that you have to wait another 30 minutes for the next one. This can be very unpleasant especially when you have small kids. The entertainment could be better. And one more thing, the standard room is way too small for a 4 star hotel.

All the services are very good, a very comfortable room, perfect cleaning, nice beach, maybe too far for someone, but not for me.

The hotel exceeded my expectations - everything was top notch. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to help. The restaurant is always filled with fresh, delicious and varied food, extremely clean and welcoming. There is even a private beach for hotel guests with sun beds and umbrellas, as well as a restaurant and beach bar - all that included in the price! There is free parking which is well organized, the rooms are clean and big enough, the pool is large, clean and there are plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. Each evening there is a program for the children and guests of the hotel. In a nutshell - I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a perfect experience on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast.

The only thing that can be improved is the internet connection.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was perfectly clean and the cleaning lady came every day. The water in the pool was great, you could see the bottom of it and wasn't crowded, you could find a sunbed at any hour. Plenty of food, great and different every day. There is a billiard table and there are games at the reception and books to choose from. We really enjoyed the entertainment program every evening. The amability of the staff is over the top, they take care of your every needs. The sea and all the atractions are at 5 min walk. The hotel also has a private beach, with a beach bar. It's situated in the other part of Golden Sands, but there is a shuttle service every hour. We spent a day at the water park, which is only at 5 min walk from the hotel. We would definitely come back again!

The bus to the beach has no AC and a couple times a day is very crowded resembling a sauna. Is not normal to transport almost the double number of tourists. This almost ruined my good impression about the hotel.

Very good services if you consider that is a 4 stars hotel. The private beach with snacks and drinks is perfect altought some minor improvements could make it even better.

There is room for improvement in the shuttle bus schedule. Could leave earlier to the beach and also it would be good to be available more often during the day (especially after 11 AM).

Me and my husband stayed there for 4 nights and it was one of the best experienced we had in our travel.room was very big and clean.food was excelent and varient.i will go there again

The only service that could be improved was that of the beach staff. Their level of service was not up to the standard of the hotel, not as attentive.

The rooms are big, well equipped and have a comfy bed. The location is nice because it's farther from the beach where the craziness is (we are not into partying). The pool is nice and the staff was friendly.

The car park is very full so you can't really use your car because other cars block you all the time. The food was pretty much the same all the time. Not great, not terrible. The coffee was pretty bad (either filter or instant), there was no option to buy a nice espresso if you wanted. Same for the alcoholic drinks - it would be nice to have the option to buy something better.

Everything was great, relaxing and funny with all those activities during the day. The personal of the hotel is very polite, friendly, always smiling and ready to help you. The main restaurant is very well organized and full with food variety. A la carte restaurant is very quiet, private and perfect if you want to have a nice and romantic dinner with your partner. Special thanks to Petra (our waiter) - he is very friendly, funny and polite. Animation team is a credit for your hotel! Thank you Velko and Mitko for making our holiday!

I cannot find anything that I didn't liked or enjoyed. The private beach it is indeed few minutes far away, but you have free bus every 30min and there you have sunbeds, umbrellas and a bar which is ofering also lunch and drinks (also included in all inclusive package). If you want to go in the city or to the beach is only 3-5 min away from the hotel, because is a shortcut behind the pool bar (some stairs) which is going direct to the city.

Many facilities and entertainment. Staff very friendly. Good english. Nice resturant food but the quality of the food was 80% bad. Maybe smaller amount of food or less variety and better quality would work better. Nice idea with the bus to the beach.

Starting cleaning the room, up to services, product quality and the hotel staff make you feel good I realize you made a good choice. I pay medium price for top quality services.

Everything was unbelievable...very clean, a beautiful hotel, inside and outside as well, with view to the sea...and to the other part to the forest...something amazing...a great pool with a small space for kids...with professional peoples,lovely animation team for kids with a lovely foods(really amazing), with private beach, with a snacks bar on the beach , everything was superb...i love this resort and if I will come back me in Bulgaria again i will choose HVD hotel and nothing will change my mind 100% Thank you for everybody wich are doing a good job like every customer to be happy I RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE WICH REALLY WANT TO HAVVE A PERFECT VACATION with friends family kids..etc

We had all inclusive and the food was very good with a large variety from where to choose. Great service, staff very friendly, very clean and indeed a 4 star hotel. Room quite small, but very clean and nice furnished.

The location of the hotel is too far from the beach, so be careful what you wish. They indeed offer shuttle transfer to the beach the entire day, but if you miss the shuttle or what to go earlier to the beach (the shuttle schedule starts at 9) the distance to the beach is not walkable. And also, in the evening, if you want to take a walk...you don't have where. The hotel is located far from the animated area.

Well, the beach was a few minutes away, not in front of the hotel, but at a fair distance

Beautiful hotel, very large pool. The food was diverse, they had diferent types of meat every lunch or dinner. The staff was very professional and kind. I requested a double bed room and even through they only had 10% of the hotel with double bed, I was accomodated per request.

There were very few places to sit by the pool. Some of the guests would reserve their sits with towels all day and others wouldn't have the posibility to sit at the pool at all.

I loved everything ad exeded my expectations. I liked the entertaiment team, food, room, pool and all the staff. Perfect!!!

The only thing that I suggest to the hotel to improve is the beach. The sand wasn’t very clean, poor umbrellas, and poor beach bar. You would not find there what you can get in the hotel area. I

Wifi did not work at all. the hotel private beach is very far away, 10minutes by bus. Sometimes the hot water did not heat up. The pool area is a bit small for all the guests

Shower cabin is open and the bathroom gets floated in watter when you shower. The pool watter is cold.The hotel beach is too far. Sea food is missing.
