Spacious rooms with settees and good views from balcony. Huge bathroom, with both bath and walk- in shower. All the accommodation was well designed, modern, clean and had many thoughtful conveniences. The hotel location is superb for access to the pedestrianized areas and the sea gardens.

Car got covered in fine dust in the underground car park. (but in fairness I was warned that there would be some inconvenience due to building work at that level.

The best place to stay in the heart of Varna city very close to the beach. The same amazing panoramic view of the seaside of the 13th floor i know for the last 5 year of coming back to this hotel. Generous breakfast options, very clean rooms.

The Cherno More hotel in Varna is a place where we come back again at some periods of time, because it's located in the city center, near the beach, park, bars, restaurants and other stuff. It's a nice place to stay, where you can have a beautiful view of the sea and city, especially when you stay at an upper level room. The rooms look nice and clean.. you have also room service facility.

First hotel visit since the beginning of COVID-19. At first glance noticed that the bedspreads were gone. Due to the coronavirus, the maid told me. All standard anti-coronavirus procedures are used. I have already written about this hotel and I cannot add anything more to my previous positive impressions.

The hotel was advertised in particular with a very good and hearty breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 epidemic, there have been introduced some restrictions. No more breakfast buffet. Instead, choose from 4 options. Modest, served outdoors on the terrace or in the room. In disposable packaging, cheap and inconvenient. I understand the difficulties of the pandemic. That is why I do not take it away from the assessment, but I share a critical remark. In times of all kinds of detergents and hygiene protocols, a hotel of this standard must offer room service in standard porcelain and glassware, with stainless utensils. The virus is no excuse. I hope this is temporary.

Eben though it is an old hotel, it is being renovated and rooms are already nice. Casino is not bad too.

We had a room on the 12th floor with a balcony and the view was great. Perfect location also as right next to bars and restaurants and 5 mins walk to the beach. Room was a good size for 2 people

I had a breakfast included accommodation however in the morning ; open buffet breakfast didnt have any explanation tag on foods for instance is there a ham in it or not or what is it? Even milk didnt have any tag, is it a hot milk or cold or hot water ? and there was a table problem not enough place to sit for guests, some people had to wait for a while.

Breakfast room not renovated. Parking is difficult and very narrow. I used parking spot close to the hotel.

Staff extremely attentive. Rooms renovated - nice, warm, very clean and cozy. Haven’t tried the spa facilities. All in all, a lovely place.

Breakfast somewhat limited for a 4-star hotel but depends on what you’d like. It will be good to expand on the fruit choice but I appreciate it’s mid winter.

The restaurant where the breakfast is taken is an improvisation - it is too small for the size of the hotel - because of this, 3 days I did not have breakfast although it was paid. You had to stand in line to grab a table.

Very happy to see the work done in the hotel. It is now renovated and the rooms can compete with some five star hotels. Mini bar is well stocked, coffee maker available. Clean bathroom, room and balcony. Comfi bed and silent air conditioner. Amazing view from higher floors. Breakfast was excellent! My first choice for future traveling.

Bad rules in the casino for players. In particular shuffling machines for blackjack! Coffee at breakfast is undrinkable.

The location was just perfect. It seems part of the hotel is under renovation but we didn't see or hear anything. We stayed at 12th floor and the view was great. Renovated rooms, comfortable beds, spotlessly clean.

Strong live-music sounds coming from the night club (working till 4 a.m.!) located on the top floor, so you may have difficulties with night sleep if you stay on nearby floors! Underground car park is NOT served by elevator and far a way from the reception; so if you carry heavy bags you may have a problem. Cofee at breakfast is not good. Also, rooms are a bit small but quite comfortable!

What a fantastic stay in this hotel! The location is perfect, close to everything and is on the pedestrian only street. Restaurants of all kinds close by. Breakfast was served on the very top floor, giving an incredible start to our days with the view!

Took the upgraded suite. Balcony was so dirty we couldn't even stand there. Also, the breakfast is terrible. Just walk outside and there are so many cafes offering breakfast for 4 EUROS.
