good for a short stay

the receptionist was very pleasant, always smiling.the room was really big, as the description. The internet signal was ok. The dinner had taste, it had a good variety, ice cream, fruits, a few sorts of meat. The breakfast was a bulgarian stye. Private parking, it was free for us (maybe because of covid situation).

the pictures with the outside pool are a little overvalued(made by a pro). Air conditioner didn't worked.it is not in golden sands,it is near.

I stayed in this hotel for more than 15 times. I visited almost all the rooms. It had ups and downs. What is still good: Nice staff, good beds, big rooms, pool well maintainaned. The hotel is clean.

//Breakfast - this low you can't go! - it was something never experienced in a hotel of this class. The breakfast is a collection of the cheapest things you can buy to eat. I checked them all! The worst salami, the worst cheese, the worst coffee, olives, the worst whatever you can imagine! You can still go safe with boiled eggs i hope. - i never experienced fake bacon untill now! - the ”butter” is in fact pieces of a 10kg shortening for confectionery (a kind of margarine used in industrial food procesing) - this breakfast is worse than ten years ago when they were dilluting the milk with water. //Parking - the manager is king (not client) - After parking, with half of our luggage out, we were asked to move our car from one place to another. We asked why, so we find out ”the boss is parking here”. Maybe s/he is handicaped and s/he needs a short distance to walk to hotel. If that, they should mark the spot appropriately but share it with other disabled people. //Reception - bad managing decisions make staff look bad - money first - questions later. You have to pay before check in. It never happened here or elsewhere. //Room - it is not enough to clean - the toilet broke in the first evening and we could not flush until next day - the chairs on balcony were old and broken, they were falling off in pieces. //Admin - you need a better one - the hotel was once equiped with vacuum hoses so the maids to clean without noise. They now use vacuum cleaners, i believe they cannot repair the system - the big elevator was a work of art. It was once beautiful, black, with LED ceiling imitating night sky and a beautiful atmosphere sustained by music. I still remember the smell, the scent they were using that urged you to the spa. Now the LED system broke and somebody fixed the lights with two ugly fluorescent neon tubes with all guts inside out. The celestial music is now the buzzing from the old magnetic ballasts.

Location, let's be very clear about distance to beach - it is not 650 m as stated in hotel description, but 1.4 km to first beach and 2.1 km to golden sands beach!!! There was a shuttle available free of charge hourly between 10:00 - 16:00 but still ... way too far away from the beach or town center.

The bed linens are made from fabric that makes you sweat all the time, no matter what is the temperature in the room.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The bathroom was nice and clean and the beds were comfy. The balcony had a great view and the hotel interior was simple but classy.

The hotel is very very nice, we liked the hotel the most in my vacation in Bulgaria. Friendly staff, pleasent room & atmosphere, nice spa with even free jacuzii, sauna and relaxation room close to the Bus station & the beach. It lies in between Varna city & Golden sands so you can enjoy both :) If we will come back to varna, we will definitly stay in it.

Food is not the best especially for vegiterians :(

they say that there are free transport from the hotel to beach according to a timetable, but this was not 100% true. We expect more than 1 our at the meeting point on the beach and then take a cab. At the reception they informed us that the driver had another task to do

The hotel was close to a natural park so you could see the forest on the right side of the balcony and the see on the left side

The only thing missing from my room was a nigt table but I saw there were in other rooms
