Staff was awesome, very authentic attractive spot for right in Ubud. Only issue was internet was spotty in my room.

nice quiet location - a short walk from the center, a small grocery nearby, the rooms were clean, bathroom very spacious, the staff was very responsive (external unit of AC was making really annoying sound and the staff immediately ordered service which I really appreciated)

they repaired the AC the very next day
the AC didn't worked in the beginning / it is not possible to open a window on both the opening mechanism was broke / the water stayed in the sink / toilet flush was broken / bed is uncomfortable / very light - no dark curtains just white light ones / very loud area (lot's of dogs barking all night long)
