The staff were lovely and friendly. The food was very nice and the hotel was stunning and very clean. Considering it is in the centre of Ubud the hotel was very peaceful and tranquil. Would definitely stay there again!
I felt the food in the restaurant was slightly overpriced but was always very nice. The main thing though is that the complimentary water (and the water sold in the restaurant) are very small bottles. We went during Feb and in that heat it just isn't enough mineral water.
