The only people were lovely and helpful were the volunteers in the blue shirts who tried to direct us in the right direction. We finally got on a flight and still had to pay for it.

Cons: The flight was extremely delayed and appeared to be the turn around time due to the flight arrival time and the passengers on the flight unloading. I note that my departure flight was also delayed significantly. This return flight delay caused me to miss my flight, even though I had a good buffer.
