The place is good to stay for a short period, like 2 or 3 days, max 4. Nice view off of the beach early in the morning when there are only a few people.
The beach is shared by all the Savoy group hotels so it was very small for all the people that stayed in all the hotels. The breakfast was the same every morning and for lunch and dinner they mostly used the same ingredients but shaped them differently (boiled potatoes instead of mashed etc.). The food was not exciting at all and taste much the same day after day. The room was fine but I guess the building was a bit old so you could see the wear and tear especially in the bathroom. I chose a "garden view room" and was expecting an actual garden view but it just turned out to be a strip of area with grass patches laid down and a tree along the wall fencing. Not the "garden view" that I was expecting. The amenities are very disappointing. They had conditioning shampoo, shower gel, and round soap only, not really what you'd expect in a resort hotel. The pools are not that big relative to the number of people who stayed there. The internet is very slow. I tried to watch a youtube video but it took so long to load so I gave up. The spa quality is not that high unfortunately. I did the hot stone massage and the masseuse was nice but not that highly trained. The room was right by the jacuzzi area so I could here people talking and the fan or the AC was loud in the room so it was not very relaxing. I made an appointment the day before but I had to wait for them to set things up so it seemed like they were not very used to it. The female attendants(lady at the spa reception, gym, masseuse, etc.) were very nice but the male attendance were a bit aggressive and they kept on asking if we would come back again and if we enjoyed the spa over and over so that was tiring too.

The weak point of this place is the food it needs improvement. No fresh juice at the breakfast, no fine sauces for waffales and pancakes. No variation of salads at lunch and dinner generally needs improvement. The lunch and dinner are below average, no creativity with nothing special.no fancy touch. The desserts are repetitive and aren't good.

The food is honestly terrible! On the website it’s advertised that there are food themed nights ( Mexican etc ) there is none of this. It’s repetitive food, catered for the Ukrainians. We are out most days, as did we drink out most days, the alcohol is low quality and tastes like paint stripper. The beach bar is ok, friendly staff but you on the beach, you want a cocktail, can’t get one as they only do soft drinks, wine, beer. I don’t drink beer or wine. First beach bar I have ever had that does not serve cocktails! We got taxis arranged into old town by hotel, cost 10 dollars one way. We asked for a taxi to the airport upon check out and we got a bus run by the hotel that cost us 400 Egyptian dollars. I questioned this only to have a rude person tell me that’s the price but they could phone an outside taxi that costs 10 dollars! Why was this not done when we asked for one. We thought we would get the same taxi that we had been getting during our stay! We got ripped off. Our shower leaked, after every shower we had a puddle of water on the floor, the food is the biggest disappointment, we spent over £1500 eating and drinking outside the hotel, we would never have gotten all inclusive had we known how poor the food and drink is!

The wonderful staff, especially front office (Romany, Abanob & Gayed), and Restaurant (Abdullah and even the new trainee “Rasha”) all are so polite and very helpful. The pools, animation team, DJ & coffeeshop staff. The amazing Christmas activities. Also, we lost a gold ring at the pool and the staff found it and returned it back to the management whom they gave to me once I asked about it.

The staff are amazing, special thanks to Mr. Ahmed Afify who handled my check in and solved all the problems and upgraded my room as well. Would like also to thank Mr. Youssef Fawzy for managing the great team of Sierra. Also thanks to Ms. Rasha and Mr. Abdallh for their great hospitality. Overall our stay at Sierra was really nice and the hotel facilities are always in great shape and they offer lots of free vouchers to be used during the stay. It's really recommended

I didn't like the behavior of the receptionists who refused to change my room due to the very bad location of my room which was exposed to everyone passing by. My room was adjacent to the hotel marketing team who annoyed me a lot when I got in and out of my room. The security didn't help me to get back my stolen glasses even I shew them the woman who stole it. I got annoyed by many guests in the hotel.

Food is very Good. Staying is comfortable and staff was helpful except in front desk as highlighted. Location is perfect as the hotel is in the heart of the trending SOHO square.
Upon arrival.. Front desk requested to pay for our stay upfront to check in, the matter which was not highlighted in the booking details and we found that insulting honestly as this is not a common practice. Hotel overall design needs some modernization as design seem a bit old yet it remains acceptable.
I loved how its well-organized and absolutely clean . The main swimming pool is large and very clean / i loved the food and juices very delicious and there is alot of variety in the buffet / the staff is something else they are very professional and always keen to help you with every ways possible to make you feel at home and feel very comfortable .. i would love to thank all the staff there . And special thanks to mr. Ahmad afifi the supervisor of the reception he is very professional and helpful also would love to thank kareem and sam and kate and the italian girl but i cant remember the name from the animation team they are very funny and makes your stay more fun , also abanoub the waiter in the restaurant very polite and helpful and always smiling to you .. and many thanks to mohamed from the towel section on the seaside and mr hesham in the diving center .. overall this place is magical by all means ... it has the best seaside and you can see alot of sealife and colored corals everywhere also there is a special place for swimming which is amazing

Service was so far from any Standard. Food was so bad I was hungry most of the time.
1- It’s clean. 2- The staff at all Pool bars are amazing! They were so good, very helpful, representatives and amusing.
1- Mosquitoes killed us while we were staying at open areas at night. 2- The lemon served with beverages was ugly and served with seeds. 3- The ashtrays in cafeterias and Restaurent’s were not appropriate (They are deep). 4- The staff really needs to be trained well to deal with customers and learn to smile, communicate and use the body language specially at the main restaurants. 5- Animation team is very young and unexperienced staff, they need training and innovate new ways of entertainments, they didn’t do at least 1 night of DJ dance at the top terrace of the main Restaurent.
Clean. Good gym and spa. Excellent snorkelling at the beach. Good bars. Nice staff. Pretty Good Breakfast, nothing really lacking but the coffee was like water. Drinks as usual local liquor but good beer. You can eat at the nearby Akuna Matata, included and a nice change. Lunch and dinner nothing special, got a bit boring.
The lunch and dinner was not to impressive. Got a bit monotonous. 3/7 in people in our group had stomach issues..... The hotel is about 10 min walk from the beach, but with good shuttle bus. The animation team tried their best, but the shows where low class and the activities nothing exciting. They also had a very strange rule that you couldn't use a snorkel and a mask in the pool (due to a drowning accident with a Child a few years earlier in a neighbouring hotel). We and most people ignored this at there where not much fuss about it.
This was one of the most amazing vacation that I have ever had on life. The resort location is very special and unique, also the resort’s staffs are very welcoming and professional witha very positive attitude. Starting from the first minute me and my wife arrived, Keroles (the reception representative) meet us witha sweet smile and a positive attitude which helped us to feel more comfortable during our conversation. Once Keroles realized that we are in our honeymoon, he gave us the best room at the resort. The room was very clean and organized. It was cleaned daily and the housekeeping staff was always ready to provide us with more supplies and re-clean the room whenever we ask. Everyday, we were surprising because of the decoration that was made at our bed by the housekeeper. (Thanks for that). The food was really delicious and great. There is always something different everyday. Also the restaurant manager was so gentle and handsome. He always tried to make us feel like we’re home. The entertainment staff was also impressive. They try their best to make sure you are happy and enjoying your vacation. They treat you like you’re the most important person at the resort. They are very active and funny. I really loved them! Another great thing at the resort is their photographer (Anas). He was so professional and smart. He has an outstanding capturing skills. We were impressed when we saw the photos that he yook yo us. If you go to Sierra for fun, then you definitely have to see Anas and have him make a photo album for your stay! Finally, the resort price is very affordable for the services and the fun you will have when you go their. I will definitely visit the resort again and I highly recommend everyone to stay at Sierra whenever you visit Sharm Elsheikh

The staff at swimming pool bar and restaurant are not dealing politely with Egyptians same as they are doing with foreigners. I complained to the guest public relations. I stayed about 2 hours waiting for my room to be ready. I really don't want to be there in this hotel again.

All-inclusive offer is a great deal, it gives you access to a lot of facilities including hotel’s main restaurant ( breakfast,lunch, dinner) , pool bar, snack bar , beach bar plus other spots on soho square. Location is good , few steps away from Soho square Very big pool
The beach is far from the hotel , it takes a 10 min walk. Otherwise there is shuttle bus scheduled to depart every 30 mins. The hotel beach is rocky ( you can’t swim by the beach, you have to go few steps inside to swim) Very slow check-in process, our room wasn’t ready at check-in because housekeeping was still cleaning it. Our booking was triple room , the room was designed as twin room , they brought extra bed with leas quality than room beds to make it triple! There is no toilet hand spray in room bathrooms. When we asked housekeeping the next day they told us it’s available upon request ( nobody told us about this). We then requested for it but we didn’t get it! Room service is slow most of the time.

It was an amazing stay at Sierra. Romany at the front disk was amazing in responding to my requests and needs and was very keen to make sure my family and me were feeling confi and happy all the time. When I decided in a sudden to do a birthday party to my mother in low he was the best person to ask and the arrangement was upove my expectation. Mr. Emad and carriage was a very helpful person offering advice and roviding us with proper transport we need and on time. I would like o thank Raman and Mohamed for maintaining the cleanliness. And really thanks to all staff Aya at restaurant and her team.
This was my third time staying at the hotel. And what keep bringing me back is the kind hospitality of its staff and the location. I would like to extend my gratitude to their reception staff specially Romany who really did all he could to make my stay as pleasant as possible and to Mr. Yousef who was every making sure that we are enjoying our stay. I liked the location close to Soho square, the swimming pools and the garden. The Akuna matata restaurant is clean and deliver delicious food. Staff are doing their best to please us.
Absolutely this is not a 5 stars hotel. I passed 1 week in Stella di mare hotel then i moved to Sierra, really i was shocked mainly with the mountain view restaurant ( main restaurant) , the tables were not covered with table cloth and instead they put a plastic table sets that were cleaned quickly after each guest left the table and it was not hygienic at all. In breakfast i have to struggle to get coffee cups and many times i set the table by myself. The food was repetitive . Fruits were usually the same and very few choices. Going now to the drinks: i have never tried as low quality of jus as in Sierra, i know it is not fresh juices but at least there is better quality in the market. Ice cream only 2 hours available per day in one location only and even it is not tasty. At the beach, just close to the sun-beds there is a big noise coming from construction of the four season hotel close by. The rooms are very old and no bath tub as my booking, no space to range my clothes in the guard-robe, tv channels with bad broadcast quality ... The staff either in the reception Mr Ahmed Afifi or in restaurant in last 2 days tried to do their best to satisfy me and i thank them so much and really appreciated that. I believe it is a management decision to do cost cutting on the favor of following the 5 stars service that should be done. This hotel may be liked by many guests but sure not by guests who are expecting a 5 stars treatment.

The breakfast is poor in variety also , you feel it is like 3 stars hotels , very ordinary and boring poor unsatisfying buffet though food quality generally was good *Another issue is the pools , they are sunny all the day , with almost no shade , which is very problematic in burning Sharm El Sheikh summers , I guess it was intended in the design , but that may be good in winter only *The beach was good , but very crowded , it is divided between Sierra and Savoy , and you are not allowed to stay in Savoy part even if there is no place in Sierra part , and again it is poorly shaded , you will have sun burn very easily if not well protected all the time by sunscreens *Some Guests are rude enough to leave their staff and towels on the pool shades to reserve them for their selves all the day , even if they are not to use them for hours , and the hotels is not preventing such abuse *Many are smoking Shisha in Main pool!! *The staff knows little about the How and when to Use the vouchers , It needs more training and Information to help the guests as mostly they tell you they do not know the details and you should go to the places to ask by your self , and usually you will find that you missed the time you can use them that day ( Voucher carrier is not allowed all day , you have special hours and if you missed them you should go another day ) *No Map for Soho was available , we discovered it by ourselves and we found the Soho square Sierra All inclusive bar by luck in the last day !! which would be much more fun if Known earlier *Snacks bar is remotely located and with bad timings in my opinion as not working at night, just works with lunch , which make it non practical , their quality was not tested as their timing was never suitable to us *Animation team concentrate (only) on Non Arab Guests

A great All Inclusive family Oriented resort. Great outdoor Swimming pool, 2 good indoor swimming pools. Great Open Buffet. I highly recommend. The voucher book is an addition to the booking. just inside Soho square, you cant ask for a better location.
The rooms were relatively small. The animation team only cares for non-Egyptians. The beach is somehow far from the hotel. The voucher book could have been better promoted.
The hotel and restaurants were all clean and the staff was very welcoming and kind. The location was amazing and was located to Soho Square (a fascinating place which includes shopping and concerts). Mr. Rashwan, one of the staff members, is a very generous, welcoming member who helped us enjoy our time and provided us with great service in Akuna Matata as well as the hotel’s restaurant.

Staff are very friendly, rooms are clean. The location of the hotel is very nice. You can find anything you want just 5 minutes walking from your room, including loads of activites that are in and outside the hotel and which you can go for free if you are an all inclusive guest.
