Relaxing stay in a hotel...

The staff in this hotel was simply amazing. I think it is very difficult to make someone feel like a welcome friend rather that a hotel guest in a hotel that has more than 1000 new guests every week. Nevertheless, somehow they managed it. It is a 5 star hotel, excellent service is expected, but what we experienced went far beyond excellent service. We felt welcome, we felt like part of the "family". It was awesome.

Many things. The rooms are a bit past their prime. The food was bland, although very varied and plentiful but, with the memorable exception of the Brasilian and Turkish restaurants, utterly forgettable, not bad, but forgettable. The wines were horrendously expensive and bad to very bad. But all these did not really matter for us, we did not go there to eat or drink, we went there to relax and enjoy the weather and the sea and that was awesome and was made even more so by the superb service.

Food is great, large variety with a la carte options. You can find food almost around the clock. Rooms are spacious and clean (we got a free upgrade). The resort grounds are very well maintained and very nice to walk through. You also get free access to Rixos Seagate facilities. There is nice bars around the property with free drinks, the night show and sunset parties are good and they get you dancing. All in all you feel like a VIP in this place. The staff driving the club carts especially Alaa al deen and Ahmad are extremely friendly and can give you tips on your stay.

The alcoholic drinks and cocktails are free but are very diluted. Although this might be for the best when it's an open bar.

Everything was perfect. Staff is extremely welcoming and friendly, resort is huge and amazing, facilities are great, rooms are clean and spacious, restaurants (ala carte and buffet) are amazing and everything is included in all inclusive.

As a frequent traveler who traveled to 8 different countries before I was surprised with the great resort level. Quality Assurance team touches is very obvious. Super friendly staff who is willing to help you in anything even before you even ask. They sometimes look into your eyes to understand what is in your mind before you even speak. The quality of food was unbelievably great and variety is unprecedented. The beach was very clean and very well equipped and has different levels (depths) to suite every age. All equipment you need for snorkeling were available at zero cost and you can enjoy watching the amazing sea creatures in the depth of the sea without paying a penny. Number of life guards is amazing and they are very alert. Wifi is very strong and everywhere even in the depth of the sea. The Aqua Park contains huge varieties that cover all levels from dummies to high risk lovers. Rooms were super clean 👌 Check in was super fast. Golf cars makes your movements very comfortable. Night shows were one of a kind by super professional teams. Restaurants and bars staffs are trying all possibilities to make you happy.

First of all I would like to thank Margarita for her kindness and endless help for us, she did her best to make us comfortable. The room wes very good with good view at the pool and partial sea view The Italian and Turkish restaurants were great and delicious. I liked the landscape view specially at night Literally we didn’t feel that we need to go out of the hotel, they had everything to keep you cozy and entertained. All staff members were very friendly and helpful Definitely great experience and we had a great vacation, Totally recommended.

The steam room had very bad smell, I think it was a problem with the steam machine.

The resort is incredibly beautiful and luxurious. The pools and food is incredible. I was amazed at the night entertainment/show. Never seen something like it in another resort.

All is great and friendly staff . Offering help whenever asked and as much as needed specially thanks to Margrita from guest relations for her care and daily checks on our needs and help book a dinner reservation in one of the a la carte restaurants.

The a la Carte restaurants biking system needs upgrade to help make the stay more pleasant and relaxing and fair for all guests . It needs to allow the guests to book for future dates for the 7 restaurants as per their opening days / hours nor just next day bookings . In high seasons like my trip time each day we queue for at least 30 min to book a restaurant which is ok if I do it once in. My stay not every night if I want to try these lovely restaurants and different cuisines .

I liked the events done in the hotel. If you only pay for the flight and Rixos hotel it would be enough, because you don’t need to go out of the hotel. The events done there are so beautiful. I hope to visit it again.

There was a good variety of food at the buffet. We managed to book a different a la carte restaurant for most evenings which added to the variety. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Our trip to the coral reefs was excellent. The beach was brilliant, the pier meant you could see the fish without getting wet, but if you wanted to, you could then snorkel at the edge of the reef.

It was slightly annoying being approached at the pool and the beach by excursion organisers and spa staff trying to sell trips and treatments.

Beautiful and well kept facility, many pools, variety of foods, friendly staff. Rooms stacked well with drinks. Lovely turkish bath. Security staff helpful.

Not all buildings have elevators. No problem for us but may be for people with disabilities or families with strollers.

Awesome experience ! We loved each minute we spent in Rixos, everyone was kind available and proactive ! Margherita took an extreme good care of us ! Thank you we absolutely recommend families to go and experiment !

Every thing is so good

The location is great to go to Dahab for a day and return. Sharm el sheik is very small, so accessibility wasn't an issue to our diving spots. This place is all inclusive from food and drinks to snorkels and towels to baggage transportation services. We didn't make full use of the resort because we were usually gone to dive. However, we loved coming back to a clean resort with full services. It made our tired nights relaxing and enjoyable! We were paired with one specific service concierge, Margarita, who took care of us throughout our stay. She was wonderful! She did everything from booking all our restaurants for dinners to giving us access to use all facilities until late evening on the night of our check out day. She also asked how our stay was very night and made sure we were happy. We also were able to check in VERY early, and we were pleasantly surprised by their friendly accommodation. Lastly, the resort is large, so shuttle buses are provided to get around. The shuttle drivers are my personal favorite, especially Romeo (not sure of his actual name)! He was very funny and always remembered my name. Everyone goes over and beyond, and even remember your drink orders and favorites. P.S. this is a heaven for kids!!! Perfect place for families!

I was here for Christmas, and the weather was perfect - not burning hot but not cold at all! I wish the main large pool was heated; only the front pool was heated and therefore suitable for use. However, it was not a big issue for us because we didn't spend much time swimming at the resort pools. I also wanted to use the cabanas but it required extra charge. However, we weren't disappointed because the resort is full of good seating areas. The restaurants exceeded my expectations. Thank you Sakura (Japanese restaurant) for making an amazing off-menu cucumber roll for us. The seafood restaurant SALT had great grilled salmon and the female waitress had the best smile! The Italian restaurant was mediocre, but we aren’t a fan of Italian food to begin with. The lasagna was dry and the steaks weren’t what we expected. Brazilian was our favorite! Very good lamb and shrimp (although attention was a bit slow). Overall the dinners were always pleasant. We always grabbed ice cream and tea from the main restaurant for dessert. The doorknob of the shower stall was cracked, and it cut my thumb (very minor). However, the engineers came right away and replaced it by the next day. Quick and responsive! Thank you!

Location is excellent, food is delicious and the choice is huge. Special notice for the Seafood restaurant! Pools are super clean.

On the way back to the airport, the hotel stuff stopped us to check our room, it took very long. I consider this is very embarrassing and impolite due to the terms that the hotel has the card details of the guest and in case of need can charge any amount. Of course there was no problem concerning our room but it was very unpleasant to be stopped, wasted time and being checked for nothing!

Clean, excellent service from all the staff, entertainment is excellent, food is very good. Live musicians, especially the saxophonist at the beach bar at sunset.

The entertainment can be really noisy. The adults only area of the main restaurant is lovely apart from the loud music during breakfast. The beach should quiet as it’s so beautiful.

It was fully booked and the AC was extremely noisy .. the reception told us that we’re fully booked and nothing we can do to transfer to another room .. they also failed to make the ac sound lower
